So, you've decided to not play Halo... why?

Alright, so I've really decided to take a break from Halo 2. So starting Sunday, until whenever, I will not be playing Halo 2 at all. I will still be playing on live, just not Halo 2. And I really mean it this time. The only reason that I will get on Halo 2 is to send invites to requesting people and to deal with removal from the clan.

My absence will be retroactive to Saturday, since I haven't played Halo 2 since Friday night. And from the looks of it, I may not be playing again until the Map Pack disk gets shipped. So I'll see you guys around on Live, just not Halo 2. I'll also bump the Non Halo 2 thread.
 
Since I haven't played Halo since a week ago because I had some stuff to take care of, I guess I will also wait until the map pack is released. I may pop in once in a while, but not very likely. I'm in the process of looking for jobs, so I need to focus a little. I need to have a Halo 2 vacation. I'll still read the forums though...
 
I don't know how long it'll be before I can get back on Live. My modem just took a shit, so we had to get a new one, and it needs to be used for the computer. I might be able to pop in now and then, but I'm not keeping any promises. Hopefully I can get a router and ethernet cable soon enough.

I'm back from my "vacation", only problem is I may not been able to buy the maps... we'll see tomorrow, maybe the hype will make me spit the dough... I'm broke though... which makes my comeback kind of pointless...
 
i won't be playing tuesday night since i need to finish up strong in summer school for college. plus my eb told me they wont get the map pack in until weds. most likely i'll play weds.

I didn't even know we had practice on Tuesdays... When I first read that topic (when I first joined the clan), I thought it said Mondays and Wednesdays.

Regardless, we should have practice tomorrow, even though we already are. Simply because we didn't have practice at all last week (as far as I saw).
 
I needed a break from Halo and have been corrupted by San Adreas lately. I installed the new maps last night and will be at practice next week.
 
Hey guys, just got access to this forum. I'm always working until 9 on tuesdays and wednesdays, so when I get into practices or games, I'm going to be late. Unfortunately for me, I'm a go to guy when it come to night time closing at my job. bone
 
Same as SeeYa, except I have been corrupted by Conker. I have the new maps in hand (courtesy of SeeYa) and will install tonight. I will be at practice on Tuesday.

well my Xbox just died on me, so it may be a week or two befor i fix it or mess it up ever more and have to pay $80 to get it fix by sumone who knows what there doing.
 
I going to visit my relatives in Canada for 2 weeks and I wont be back until 7/25, BUT, I will have xbox live, I just wont be able to get on nearly as often

I got called into work last night and didn't leave until 2 AM... And then my boss asked me if I can come in at 6 AM to help run some auction we're having at the radio station. fucking "no-shows". I hate being the "go-to guy".

I'll be at practice tonight, though. If I get any sleep...

Hahaha. I'd do numerous things on air... if I could, that is.

I'm just a "board operator". I turn dials and knobs and essentially get paid to watch T.V. Then again, I wouldn't want to be a radio personality as radio personalities don't seem to have a personality.

Besides, it's just a part-time job for me...
 
I got too much work to come to practice tonight. One thing I have to do is review King of Fighters Xbox, so if you see me online there, please don't think I'm blowing you guys off. I gotta pay the bills, yo.
 
I'll be out of town from July 14th through the 24th. I'll still have access to Xbox Live though. I'll still be trying to play quite a bit because my cousin has a kick-ass setup, complete with a huge TV and bitchin' surround sound, but we'll see.
 
Yeah, I know its relatively close to practice time, but I won't be around for it tonight. Sorry about the short notice guys, hopefully one of the staff will be around to play with tonight.

Well for all who dont know my Xbox died because of my bad karma. So it will be a few weeks befor i have $80 to get it fixed
 
If I am playing, it won't be that often.

Reason: I don't have the new maps, and it's difficult to play with the CheapAssGamer clan and/or find quality games.

Plus, a two-man Happy Meal experience, one with the plasma pistol and one with the BR. That was also amusing.

The ODST team bit is the "featurette" I was talking about.
 
does anyone know any sites that have videos you can watch for the stuff on the multiplayer map disc?

i wanna see the whole throwing the helmet thing and all that cool stuff :)
 
I will be late for practice on Tuesday 7/19...i'm going to see the And1 Mixtape Tour with a friend of mine and won't make it back until it ends (starts at 7:30PM EST)

Its all good. Get the maps installed. Get a new trial account and get playing. Once shrike sends it out, you should have it the next day, since its in relative proximity, or at the very least 2 days after he sends it. But then again, it all depends upon what time of day he sends it out.
