I watched Man of the Year over the weekend. I thought it'd be a comedy, not a drama. 5/10.

I rented Sherrybaby (per a friend's recommendation.. she's usually reliable on good movies, hope this doesn't let me down) and The Guardian.. but I just saw a preview for The Science Of Sleep and I think i'll get that tomorrow.
Red Dragon..
Apart from the guy careening down the street whilst glued to a flaming wheel chair, this movie was pretty boring.
That was freakin hilarious.

A Touch of Zen - a old school martial arts/action/fantasy masterpiece. If you're into these kinds of movies, this one will definately float your boat.

Little Miss Sunshine - actually a pretty good movie

Employee of the month - was this supposed to be funny? I didn't even laugh once throughout this piece of garbage.

The Departed

If this movie, doesn't win movie of the year, that's it...i'm blowing up the fucking Oscars. DeCaprio is an amazing actor.

The Other - old creepy very enjoyable horror flick about a good and evil twin with a "special power" worth the watch IMO

I really never recognized his acting skill before I watched the Aviator for the first time like a month ago. I thought that was a powerful performance. I'm looking forward to the Departed, I'll be watching it tomorrow

Just got done watching "The Return" (4/10)....that movie blew.
I also saw "School for Scoundrels" (7/10)....decent movie, nothing too exciting.
But my favorite movie this week has been "Stranger than fiction" (8/10)....not your normal Will Ferrel movies, but a very -and different- good movie.

I have a few:

The Departed- It was good, but by the end when
Everyone gets shot
me and my sister were laughing. It was still good though, definitely overrated from what people have been saying about it.

The Guardian- VERY predictable movie but was entertaining while it lasted.

Flyboys- The air battles were really awesome, but when it ended pretty abruptly.

Pans Labyrinth- Very cool movie, but not as amazing as people are saying. I really enjoyed it though and wouldn't mind seeing it again sometime in the future.

His role in Romeo and Juliet may be his greatest, very underrated. Blood Diamond he kills, basically the nigga is money in the bank.

I've had a really crappy run lately:

Friday Night - School For Scoundrels which was just plain awful
Saturday - Zoom Just OK, not bad for a "kids" movie.

I just rented The Prestige, hopefully my luck will turn around

The Prestige is awesome, you wont be dissapointed.

Ghost Rider - I ignored the terrible reviews and I really enjoyed this film.
Clerks II HD-DVD - Good stuff.

 I'm laughing wit' you, not at you. He is really good. I watched The Beach last night, another impressive performance.
