13-2 is really good. It's actually the last FF game I beat (tho it was on PS3 and about 3 years ago).

I'm actually gonna chance it and buy it for PC from Nuuvem even tho I wont get a key right away ;D

Lowest prices on these games I have seen lately, if not ever.

I'll update if anything comes through.
Yeah, definitely looks like the best prices I've seen or close to it on the FF games so far, for sure.

Some ITAD for comparisons of prices:

FF3 -> http://isthereanydeal.com/#/search:final%20fantasy%20iii;/scroll:#gamelist

FF4 -> http://isthereanydeal.com/#/page:game/info?plain=finalfantasyiv

FF7 -> http://isthereanydeal.com/#/page:game/info?plain=finalfantasyvii

FF8 -> http://isthereanydeal.com/#/page:game/info?plain=finalfantasyviii

FF13-1 -> http://isthereanydeal.com/#/page:game/info?plain=finalfantasyxiii

FF13-2 -> http://isthereanydeal.com/#/page:game/info?plain=finalfantasyxiiiii

EDIT:

Sigh, figures they'd block Mexico out of most of the deals. I can only see 8, 13 and 13-2.

The discounts suck, though. :p
Discounts might not be that hot - but also keep in mind, the MSRP for these are much lower in Brazil.

And God knows how often Square's going to put FF games at these prices.

I doubt well-known digital stores' sales + prices (like Steam, Amazon, etc) will be anywhere as good as these.

Only things we got to really worry about is...

1. Is Nuuvem gonna have better FF deals anytime soon?

I don't know, on this one.

2. Or, worse yet - is there going to be a huge FF Humble Bundle soon?

I'd doubt that one. And if they did - who knows how pricey the tiers will or will not be.

I started re-playing Metro 2033 (Redux this time, natch) the other day and, man, that is one oddly/poorly paced game.  I think it stands out more this time because I've read (ok, listened) to the (audio)book since the first time I played so it's very obvious where they're making chapter breaks.  Except those breaks are completely unneeded in the game and just serve to pause you every couple of minutes, especially in the beginning where there isn't much actual "game play" going on.  Maybe I'll keep going and see if it gets better paced further in when you're actually doing more.

The audiobook version from Audible is great, by the way, assuming you like the style.  Excellently narrated and atmospheric, genuinely creepy at times even in broad daylight in my car.  It does have the Russian literature thing going on of the story kind of moving at a steady pace until it's over.  Not much build up or climax at the ending, it just goes along until there's no story left.

Thanks! I'm finding it harder and harder to resist upgrading.
I upgraded, and I'm considering going back to Windows 8.1.

Yes, there's a crappy Start Menu that feels nothing like WIndows 7. There's also like no way to customize anything. At least, I can't find it. I can't even move this stupid search bar on the Start Menu, or the "Task View" is is just fucking Alt+Tab. No, I don't need a Desktop button either, WIndows 7. It's just Windows+D.

Oh, and I have Windows 10 Pro. And the defer update thing is still trying to update. I... don't really know what's good about 10, so far.

Edit: Oh hey, I just found how to hide the stupid search bar. I was trying to move it before.

Edit 2: And this is coming from someone that liked 7 and 8.1.

Most of the folks I've heard from have been happy with the update. My main concern is what will break, but i have heard very few reports of things breaking. When I do upgrade, I'll be sure to back up my partition so reverting shouldn't be too difficult if it turns out to be necessary.

Right click on the taskbar...uncheck show Task View button.

The fact that you liked 8.1 invalidates all of your future Windows opinions.

Nothing broke, other than my antivirus. It also lets you revert for like 30 days.

I was trying to move the Search Bar, I hadn't messed with the Task View button yet.

I still haven't had the option to install the win 10 update yet. Guess I'm way down the rollout backlog and I'm too lazy to force it to happen.

I liked Win 8.1 only once I installed a mod to bring the old Start Menu back.

Once I put in StartMenu8, I was fine with it.

Without a StartMenu mod - Metro UI / Modern UI sucks big-time for KB-mouse users.

How long does Nuuvem take to send out keys? I bit on a couple of those FF deals, got an email saying shits were approved, but no keys yet.
Look back a page or 2. They PROBABLY ran out of keys and will fulfill them later.

You FF fans deserve every minor hardship you get. I hope all FF fans take enormous chili dog and too much coffee shits, but have no toilet paper on the day.

Idk...I love coffee and drink alot. Never had a problem with it causing me to have the shits. Also...what is this "toilet paper" you are speaking of?

He shares spaghetti with his dad while they build pc's together. If you wanted to know that too.
He did not mention spaghetti as a food he prefers. I can't help but imagine that his dad forces him to eat something he doesn't like, salted by his bitter tears, while exploiting his knowledge of the inner workings of VRAM.

If you look in your windows update history chances are your computer will have tried the update and failed. Happened to both my desktop and laptop. Installed latest drivers and both downloaded the update just fine (although I only upgraded my laptop, going to wait awhile before I do my desktop).

Even when they have keys in stock, they don't email them to you: they show up in your games page when you select a game that you own.

Without a StartMenu mod - Metro UI / Modern UI sucks big-time for KB-mouse users.
I don't understand why people think this... there's nothing wrong with the fullscreen start menu with an actual mouse. I can understand it being annoying with a touchpad. but a decent mouse should allow you to move the cursor quickly enough that the bigger size doesn't matter.

I actually prefer the W8 start menu because I can pin more shortcuts and launch them quicker than I could with W7: I find the larger tiles easier to click on quickly than the smaller pinned start menu entries in W7.

I don't really care too much for spaghetti.

So Test Drive: Ferrari Racing Legends is on sale at GG for $2.25, which I think is a historical low... Probably has something to do with GG setting the MSRP at $7.5 instead of the $20 on steam. Is it worth getting? Where's our local racing guru?
I ain't played it either.

TD:FRL requires also G4WL, by the way.

But, anyways - it's been on sale at 70% off since the beginning of GG's sale.

I pointed it out quite a few numbers of days ago.

My PC probably doesn't have enough VRAM, so it couldn't load your post.

I don't need my entire screen's real estate taken up by Modern UI / Metro UI. Start Menu is fine w/ bringing up a small menu on the left-hand side of the screen. If I want more options, I'll expand it out.

Also - I prefer scrolling up + down w/ a mouse, not left to-right or right-to-left.

It's what KB-mouse users are use to w/ the old-school Start Menu + Web Browsers.

I'm used to throwing icons on the desktop; using Nimi Places to fence, sort, and gate off Shortcuts in an easy manner; and setting up folders of icons w/ 7Stacks to turn folders into drop-down menus on the desktop to group shortcuts together.
