This thread will attempt to provide a place to discuss past/present/future PC gaming deals. While mainly focusing on Steam games, any standout sales may also be presented. I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

See this POST for links to store sale pages, threads of interest and other tools to help you become a more informed PC game shopper.

Brodate:

We played Trackmania Stadium and as Bah said "It's Super Meat Boy for racing." And by that we mean the game tracks are one big ROFLLMAO TROLLFEST! Like seriously, you run into one insane obstacle after another and basically have to restart 100x in 5 minutes until you hopefully memorize it enough to finish. That said, it was pretty fun for what it is.
My job was to make everyone else look better.... and I did a damn fine job of it.

I didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

Yeah, it's probably the best VN on steam right now, next to Clannad, and very plot driven.

I read up on that Faeria game, it's kind of interesting and another sort of screw over kickstarter backers story.  Apparently, it is a F2P game and these just give you access to it earlier than most. When it was KSed it wasn't F2P and people who paid $15 or more were to get a copy of the game.  So now those who paid $15 or more will just get this same key that is essentially a beta key but nothing else.  And if they paid $50 or more they get $50 of in game currency that will allow them to unlock all the cards in the game at once.

Hopefully, it will get cards and activating this on your account will qualify you for drops.

I'm sure someone mentioned it but under $3 for the Humble Weekly BTA seems pretty good if you're lacking any of it. Party Hard looks outstanding but I'm probably just wait for a deeper steam sale since I don't need the BTA games.

I've played the series on Vita, otherwise I'd buy it on Steam
I'm not sure if it's better or worse to console on one that 14 people own.

But that would require watching some damned Twitcher crap so nothx. wilwat4bundl

Is watching Twitcher like watching sex on a unicorn?

Just go to any stream where someone is playing Dungelot: Shattered Lands.

It seems like it's a special version of the game that drops keys when the streamer gets to a certain floor.
I went and took a look, but I guess I type slow or something, every key was used. Meh.

This, Brutis' cag ark server is a ghost town. finally pony up for the game and all the rats have left the ship.
Ark had had a nerf a while back that made me take a week or so off to let stuff settle. Then when I came back for the Bro night, one of my outposts had completely disappeared -- building, taming pen, all my stuff in storage, etc. Bizarrely, my scorpion was still parked so I know it wasn't eaten by a giant dino or anything since my scorp would have aggro'd and died... it was just disappeared by the server. So between those two I was losing the love. Then I started playing Dragon's Dogma and that's been taking up my time since then.

I forgot about that happening when GTAV launched on PC.

I don't understand why people stream their whole desktop instead of just the game.

EDIT: I know it wouldn't have helped in this case because of the Steam notification, those should be disabled too, just saiyan.

I just remember it happening b/c I thought it was hilarious when I heard about it and then two days later my PSU fried. Karma lol.

I didn't make an account, I just assume I would get my keys emailed to me.

After I've notice I wasn't receiving any emails I decided to contact them.

Apparently I'm having a problem with my new email too.
if you didn't figure it out yet, i was getting the same issue when using google chrome. switched to microsoft edge and was able to make 2 purchases without issue. it may have been adblock extension in chrome causing the problem or chrome itself, i dunno

I had to go through like 6 streams with failed activation attempts before I found the one Blade was watching. Definitely was not worth it for a game that will be free eventually (tiny build)
Yay, I found a stream that I was able to get it from.

Tinybuild games go free?

Like, free on steam for a day, or like they send codes to newsletter subscribers or something? Surely there is some context to this FREE.
Facebook giveaways mostly, but also twitch streams (like the ones you saw today). They give away thousands of them
