This thread will attempt to provide a place to discuss past/present/future PC gaming deals. While mainly focusing on Steam games, any standout sales may also be presented. I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

See this POST for links to store sale pages, threads of interest and other tools to help you become a more informed PC game shopper.

I can always tell it's after a Steam Next Fest as my queue becomes TOTAL GARBAGE. My last queue go throughs were 70% low effort 18+ games, 10% awful looking simulators, 10% brand new stuff that I haven't wish listed or anything, 10% everything else usually mobile ports. Out of 3 goes through the queue to get all my stickers I added one whole game to the wish list and everything else went to ignored. Also still working on some demos. Cleaning them up and trying some new ones. Some decent ones which I'll give my impressions of sometime later this week.

This game Tiny Aquarium is okay, but a bit buggy. But I don't like the live service elements in the game that have you begging other players to like your aquarium, and the limitations per day of certain things. And the limited time events. It's giving me bad flashbacks to other live service games. Luckily I haven't played for 2 hours yet, I'm going to refund it. No other fishing or idle games I've played had these elements.

Oh no, it says in the refund request page that I played for 2 hours. In the library it says 94 minutes. I think it's counting time that I played the demo. But 2 hours has not passed in real life between buying the game and requesting the refund.

I got the refund!
Well, I have been tracking the patch notes on this game, and the dev has been addressing the specific things that I had issues with. I did like the game other than those aspects, so I'll probably buy it again soon.

I got Riders Republic Complete from the sale. After I bought it I found out the DLC I bought on PS5 would have carried over to PC. That's a surprise. But I still needed the skateboard DLC so I guess might as well have bought Complete. I may have paid $2 more than I had to, but I feel more comfortable owning the PC licenses to all that content, if that's even how it works.
