For what it's worth, Warband is supposed to be really good, and BoI is good. The rest aside from probably the 2 Dungeons games aren't my cup of tea.
I have never even played 5 of those games. BoI just isn't my thing, but BL2 is. I hear TF2 is the best 4X game out there, however.
To offer my opinion on Mooby's favorites:

don't care about Derpa 2

forget Herp Fortress 2

never played Mount and Herp: Warderp

Binding of Isaac i love

don't care about Dungeon Defenderps

played Borderderps 2 once, was underwhelmed, want to give it another shot, as the first I loved

Dungeons of Derpmor? meh

You really don't want to know.

good god man...i dont even think I have half of those TF2 hours in the original Counter-Strike

Cleaning out keys. Can't really promise if any of these will work or not.

Huntsman The Orphanage: 6XMIM-VZ3W5-Z0IE4
Super Sanctum TD: X79XR-3W9WE-BWA07
Party of Sin: MY4MP-KM9KG-TAM65
Supreme Commander: 77K3M-WFJXX-6JTJX
Supreme Commander Forged Alliance: 77HKL-KLJVN-8VFDY

Post if you use them please.
Both Supreme Commander codes have been lurked. Too bad cuz I have SC 2 and would have loved 1!

Brut you probably shouldn't be posting Mooby's handle what with people around here who have sunken to petty passive aggressive revenge schemes. I'm starting to come around to Mooby's brand of paranoia.

Some quick digging around on SPUF would have you believe this is true. There's a link to someone who tested out a pre-patch version to say that the TAGES exe and dat files are there, but do not request a key, nor call out at any time.
Is that same for Dawn of Discovery? They're technically two different games even and DoD is the one us 'Muricans can buy. IIRC one of the reasons it was cited for Valve yanking it was Ubisoft's refusal to patch it to the same version as Anno 1404. There's a thread on the DoD forum that it too received a patch recently but no one commented one way or the other about DRM being removed nor can I find any info on whether DoD pre-patch was still using active or innate Tages.

Also, if they patch out DRM they really should update the store page.

So, with all the Diablo 3 talk (even though this is a Steam thread), I thought it important to note that as of the latest patch, you no longer need the common white weapons/armor (Ascendant stuff) to craft anymore. So, you can go back to having your goblins collect those now, since that's all they are good for, especially since the goblins are buffed now. This should free up a massive amount of inventory space for people who were hoarding the white stuff for crafting. i was using extra characters just for their inventory space specifically for white items.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Highlights from the patch notes:

- Legendary crafted recipes no longer require specific Common armors or weapons and instead now require Common crafting materials.

- Greatly increased the drop rate of Legendary crafting plans.

- Puzzle Ring

The goblins have been scouring Sanctuary for better loot to drop:
Legendary drop chance doubled
Rare items dropped will now always have six affixes
The counter for picking up normal-quality items will now persist through death, act transitions, and un-equipping the item
It still will not persist across game sessions
The goblin will now play a sound when its counter reaches max and it drops an item

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Also, there is a community buff going on for the anniversary giving twice as many Rift keystones and the chance to find Legendary items is increased 100% (until the 22nd)

Oh that's good to know. I had way too much of my storage with otherwise useless white items being horded for crafting. Some of them are a real pain to find too like the ascended shield that I had to keep checking back every 20 minutes or so for a day at one of those special quest event npcs until his random inventory finally had it. :p

According to wiki:

The copy protection has been completely removed with patch v1.1 for the DVD version. Digital download versions retain the copy protection

Ugh, even the Humble Store had this price on the collection beat (though the Humble Store's collection is missing 1 DLC the Steam collection isn't).

Humble Daily Thingy:

Team 17 Bundle!

$1 Tier:

Superfrog HD

Worms Blast

Worms Crazy Golf

Worms Pinball

Worms Ultimate Mayhem

$6 Tier:

Worms Armageddon

$10 Tier:

Worms Clan Wars

Worms Revolution Gold

Alien Breed: Impact

Alien Breed 2: Assault

Alien Breed 3: Descent
Thanks. I forgot all about the daily bundles. Though I can't say that I'll be buying this one.

lol...none of the games in this bundle should be in a 10 dollar tier. ridiculous.

never bought the original team 17 bundle, so i might be in...if some of these worms games had cards, i'd go in, but i'm not so sure since they're all cardless

The last time, everything in the $10-tier except for Clan Wars was in the $6-tier. I'd be in easy if that were the case again, but Humble's gotta be extra greedy. :wall:

Consider it them doing you a favor, because you don't want at least half of the games in this bundle.
I own/played Blast, Crazy Golf, and Pinball, and I've played the Alien Breed series, Worms Armageddon, and Ultimate Mayhem before, I know what I'm getting into. The only ones I haven't played are Worms Revolution and Worms Clan Wars, I specifically wanted Armageddon, Revolution Gold and the one Alien Breed game I'm missing (the first one) on Steam. But not for $10. What a joke.

$1-tier's alright still at least, even if they took Armageddon out of it.

The same thing everybody else thinks of me: nothing.

I think the Humble Store has the Complete version for $20 as well, and they even had it on sale for $8 at some point this past week. Just be patient.
I think I can manage to be patient, considering I don't even want it.

You know something that sucks badly about Uplay, they give you absolutely no indication in the client that you've pre-ordered a game. There is no account transaction history (that I can find) and no space holder in your library, no notification on the store product page, they even let you add the same to your shopping cart and check out again. Uplay, it's the worst!

After forcing myself through the Witcher 1 late last year, I booted up Witcher 2 hoping it'd be better...I played for about three hours. I just can't get into these games. Gameplay is extremely unappealing, and the story really doesn't do anything for me. It's just not all that interesting.

By gameplay, do you mean the combat? Because there's mods for that.
