That's the odd thing. When I search for X-Men Apocalypse, nothing comes up for the SB. When I search for steelbook, there's nothing listed for X-Men Apocalypse. However, the price has dropped to $24.99 and the illustration in my order as well as the small one for the item page shows what looks like a SB.

I wish BB would get their shit straight as this comes to be a real annoyance when trying to pre-order.

You could start here or the bluray.com forums if you want to avoid eBay fees. Don't know what your area is like as far as craigslist but you can always try there too. Otherwise eBay is prob the way to go but then you have to take into account eBay and PayPal fees
 
Damn Killing Joke steelbooks, bought 2 cuz the first one I got had a slash in the spine I didn't see. Never opened that one. Then the 2nd, had 2 broken teeth that hold the bluray in. I think I'll keep the one with broken spindle as it still holds and the steelbook is in good condition. Prob will return the other or sell to a cag at cost + shipping... That's if someone wants one with a spine cut.

 
I don't think he's allowed to trade or sell here, he can try bluray.com but those guys are picky and won't put up with his shit like some did here.

There's a good chance the steelbook versions of those movies won't be included in the bonus points promotion as a lot of times the bonus only applies to specific versions of the movies (usually the standard 2D Blu Ray). But I'd definitely reorder the Captain America steelbook if that is not the case.

Finally picked up my Batman: Killing Joke steelbook order made for in store pickup on Tuesday. A reminder: It will go back on the floor if you haven't picked it up by today, or extended it one day.

Nice find. I've noticed lately that Shout Factory likes to price gauge on their website but hey, you do get that cool poster. Shout does charge for shipping too.

Do you have any family out here? It's going to be tough moving out here, you're an immigrant too right? There's a lot of ethnicity in the city and that may help you landing a job but it's not going to make rent any cheaper.

Looks like the steelbooks are included, so I will reorder Captain America since it is still available. Best Buy will require you to reorder during the promotion period to get the bonus points as they will not apply automatically with existing preorders and trying to get them after the fact can be a hassle.

Yeah, when it was mentioned I went to move my preorder but noticed Amazon updated. I'm really looking forward to reviews on the improved remaster since the PAL and Australian release were pretty cheap (I have the Aussie release myself).

Definitely picking this one up. To anybody on the fence about this movie, definitely check it out. Went in with low expectations and enjoyed it a lot. Special effects are really cool

 
Had been planning on renting it, but a decent steelbook at an ok price makes it more tempting.

Edit: Also, no one seemed to have missed out on the Killing Joke steelbook this time? I picked up an extra, but I guess I'll sell it or return it. Haven't checked prices for it yet.

You're also supposed to get a $10 gift card with the purchase of $50 or more of TV seasons. It might be worth trying to stack them.

They're also likely to drop down to $34.99 - $39.99 by release time, possibly as cheap as $29.99, though I'd bet more on $34.99 - $39.99. Locking them in now gets the RZ points and likely the $10 GC, so you're triple-dipping, which is never bad.

Both are great shows but I like The Flash enough to actually buy it if I can get season 1. Doesn't appear to be a season 1 steelbook though.

BB did make SBs for previous releases when they came out with certain releases.

Hunger Games received one when Catching Fire came out.

Now You See Me 1 received one when Now You See Me 2 came out.

Maze Runner received one when Scorch Trials came out.

It's not all the time, though there's been some history of it happening for older releases when newer ones come out.

They might peel off. I know when I bought Man of Steel 3D Steel the logos were stickers that came off. HMV says they wont ship these to the US. I have a UK forwarding address, but don't know if I want to spend that much, plus their cost.
