It worked! Thanks Hellbringer and Galego! I doused it in WD-40 and let it sit for a while, then I used some good old Russian engineering and kicked it a few times and it came off!

It's a decent tv, the price isn't to bad either. The only downside is it's a 720p.. but the difference from 1080 to 720 isn't noticeable in a TV under 40" or so from what I know.

In that range and spec that's probably right around the price you want to get a tv, imo

I didn't want to do y'all $$$$as ice cold, but on the advice of someone else I decided to pass on my OTT idea. I didn't want to get a talkin to. Anyone who was there Wednesday will attest to its subject matter getting me into trouble.
 
I don't mean to be vulgar, but I kind of got a massive h?rd-on at the idea of Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis 69ing in that new Aronofsky ballet movie. I hope he gives them the Jennifer Connelly/Marisa Tomei treatment.

(That would be :cool: if they worked in Thom Yorke's song into the motion picture.)
 
I should have jumped on the 42' LG that I posted earlier in the week...I now have the non-buyers remorse.

On a positive note, the diet is over. Mission accomplished. Now I have to keep exercising and let my natural metabolism maintain course.

I give it 2 months before I'm fat again

I'm not "assembling" a desk, i'm building this thing myself. Screwed up one of the measurements, now i need to find a piece of trim for the front to hide my mistake. I asked at lowes if they had some kind of wood grain type laminate or something, they said they didn't. Well aapprently they were wrong, but now i've already painted the damn thing.
