for those of you that picked it up from tru; did they have a lot of guides? i'm very lazy and i'll go on friday to get it if i can wait that long.
A lot?
Well for the guides at my local TRU in Long Island City, they had only one stack at the counter to give with the game. There was about 8 or 9.The stack didnt seem that big.You should probably go there as soon as possible to get the free guide.

Is the Prima Strategy Guide good?I really hate those guides because they don't cover as much as other guides.Tommorrow I get my check so I want to pick this game up but don't know where!

For anyone who cares, when you buy it at Circuit City the game rings up at $27.49 and the accessory bundle at $7.50 so it might be possible to return the bundle and get just the game for $27.50 (note the extra emphasis on the word "might")

I played through the Twilight Princess using the Prima guide and it was pretty good, although there were a few things in the guide which I could not figure out/do according to their instructions. Going online and looking at the walkthroughs there allowed me to do what I wanted to do in those situations. Still though, it was the first time I had played through a game using a book guide, and it was a fun experience. Would probably jump on this TRU deal so I could have the guide for PH too.

Damn...forgot to pick this up earlier, stopped by TRU right before closing and I was told it was "sold out" yet I find it hard to believe, the store was empty, I was probably the only guy there since it closed in 5min...I think the lazy as turd just wanted me gone. Also, any chance we can get the collectors edition guide and pay the difference?

..."Also, any chance we can get the collectors edition guide and pay the difference?"

Doubtful, but maybe you'll get lucky by sweet talking a cashier who doesn't know any better.

I just registered my game with Nintendo but nothing is showing up about the Quill stylus. Anyone get anywhere with that yet?
Got it at TRU with the guide. They had a stack of the Pokemon booklets/stickers/bookmarks left over from the Manaphy event on Saturday, so I grabbed one of those as well.
which TRU?

if thats the case, use that receipt to PM to BB or toysrus.

Thanks for organizing all this, OP! :) I did both the CC and TRU deal (I picked up a second copy for someone - I got to keep the freebie :D).
TRU doesnt pricematch.
well at least BB will. I will probably try this later on this week.

thanks guys. i picked it up at tru. the tru in san mateo, ca has a lot of games and guides. i wouldn't worry about them running out.

alas.. another game in the queue. and then another b2g1 in two weeks.. yeesh.

Did anyone from Canada get the Hourglass at Best Buy? Wondering what it looks like as the pic in the ad was tiny. Tried checking eBay but didn't see any up there yet.

was going to buy this BUT with

Disgaea coming for PSP in 3 weeks and DQM joker coming a week later, i would rather keep my money for 2 games i know i will love 1000x more then another zelda clone

So i went the gamefly route and should have it in hand Tuesday

score 3 from TRU for my friends and maybe ebay some of the guides....
The clerk was nice anough, he said only 1 per transaction but he is willing to do multiple transaction :)

wait a sec...if it is zelda, how could it be a "zelda clone"?

mean if you played one you played them all

and its not a true rpg game with hp. i would rahter save my cash for those then this one

It's Zelda. call it repetitive, call it more of the same but it's not a clone. Hive:Scuge is a clone of Metroid. Metroid Prime:Echos isn't a clone of Metroid Prime.
Nice...where'd you find it...is the survey page up?
Yep, did it last night. Nintendo already sent out notification emails.
