I'm not sure. I would assume there's at least one more:

I had it where Mario attacks Link's group when he sees Peach with them. I would bet it's the other way around when you had saved Zelda.

Anybody have a full list of the SSE movies?

Here's the videos i have gotten by saving peach, those that seem relavent by title
Zelda Taken; Kirby and Peach Flee the Sea of CLouds; Arwing Downed, Peach Overboardl; King Dedede Steals Zelda; Bowser's Suprise attack on Peach; False Peach battles Link; Mario's Misunderstanding; King Dede Nabs Defeated Mario; King Dede pins a Badge on Zelda; Bowser Kidnaps Zelda;

Let me know if you have the oppposite princess in those titels

Oh, and I have: Mario Beats Kirby and Kirby Beats Mario...which means that fight at the beginning has to be done twice.

For instance, when you start SSE, choose “New” instead of “Continue” to start a second run from the top. You can play as the one you didn’t pick the first time in the initial Mario/Kirby brawl, and save the other princess. This will unlock the movies for that second version of events."

It's what I figured. I hope a friend will want to co-op through this weekend.

ok sorry thought you did opposite. I was looking for a FAQ about the movies and got kinda turned around as to which one you saved. No sign of list of movies unfortuanitly.

Yeah, good games. I think Brawl is more about character counters than melee, which is why metaknight and rob won but olimar and ZSS (who I think I've spent more time playing as) didn't.

Joe, did you get any lag on your end? It seemed a little better than last night, but still worse than usual. =/

There weren't any hiccups in the framerate, but there's always a slight input delay. It takes me a while to adjust to the transition from offline to online. Which is why warming up is very important! :)

MetaKnight is surely one of my worst match-ups. The only safe thing I can do is poke at you. :cry: R.O.B. outspams everyone, so unless I get in relatively close, I can do nothing (and you have that amazing Down-Smash). Ironically, I thought you were counterpicking me by selecting Olimar, who is usually a monster for me. But, I took him out with relative ease. Yay, me! GGs, again.

EDIT: Good games, also, to Mad D. They were all pretty close, except when your Marth had no mercy in his heart for Zelda. Sad. Also, the Peach fight was frustrating, because I kept forgetting that her running attack contains two hits. I kept trying to shield grab after the first, which was not good for me.
 
nope, but i can use him to relentlessly annoy :applause: just ask johnnyfoxdarko

Edit: online right now and in need of practice, i can guarantee the lag will be minimal
 
For anyone who missed today's Dojo update Sakuari explains some of the plot points for the SSE. I highly recommend reading it, it clears up pretty much any confusion about the storyline and the motivations of all the villians. It even talks about some scenes that were cut out of the SSE.
 
I cant download any of the daily content from Nintendo. Every time I log on, it doesn't give me anything. Any one know whats going on?
 
You have to go into the options and agree to get the Smash Service. Did you do that?

If you did I have no idea why you're not getting the content.

Strange. I must have turned it off for some reason. Well it's on now and I got my stuff. And thanks for posting the Story explanation. It clears up alot of it. Also, If you read some of the trophies, they tell some of the story.
 
I feel so left out right now. Mad D, evergoo, Daisydog, BlueLobstah, LFW, and zitanix are online and brawling. And I am waiting for a room to open up.

Your edgeguarding game is already tons better, although my Marth sucks. :lol: On both of those stocks you wiped out, I tried to counter to see if I could hit you into the level for the level spike. Damn delay.

I use too many characters. That was only the second time I've ever used Zelda in Brawl, and I don't think I ever touched her in Melee. :lol:

EDIT: Oh yeah, I seemed to trip a fucking ton tonight, including once right into your forward smash, Joe. This game hates me.

GGs to Amigo. I'm glad I got you back tonight with a shut-out of my own. Poor Link. Other than the first one, they were all close and exciting matches.
 
So I unlocked Luigi from the SSE a few weeks back and decided after a 2 week break to play Luigi on brawl. Go thru all the levels and bam, get hit with Sonic as my challenger. I some how screwed up and have my ass handed to me by sonic :oops: .

Does this mean that I lost Sonic as an unlockable for quite sometime or do I just have to play Luigi again to see if Sonic comes back at the end?
 
I'm pretty sure that if you lose the match against the "new challenger", you can try again, but you'll have to run through classic mode or do another brawl again (depending on the method) to get the chance.

Yeah, you can just run through Classic mode again and he should be the challenger at the end. I should know, for some reason I lost to Marth like 3 times after beating classic mode with 3 different characters - on Normal!
 
Boy I suck, i tried out Donkey Kong and got Sonic again... and LOST again. The camera zooming in and out is disorienting me for some reason and it's hard to focus :whistle2:(
 
GGs earlier dyeknom. I didn't mean to kill myself that Sonic/G&W match, my Wavebird's batteries were cutting out, and it came back while I was holding the analog stick in a direction. Hence the sudden suicides. Just wanted to let you know that I wasn't being an ass :)

Thank you, no one has ever complimented my style of play :lol: I'm really only good with one character. Decent with about 3 others. But for some reason I bravely pick random...
I don't even try to edge guard because I just don't know how to do it. And I'm even worse at grabbing!

dmunkee, was it you who kept picking Sonic? You beat me bad at one point. You finally switched off of him but I was laughing too hard to play right on the Windwaker stage. All of my stupid attempts to get out of the water! :bomb: (I think you died twice just because of the stage)
 
GGs Daisydog and Evergoo, sorry I had to cut out so soon.

Daisydog: Yeah, I was picking Sonic those first few games. I'm pretty sure we fought more with the water and ships than each other during that Windwaker fight. Our sad attempts to get out of the water kept me laughing :). Like Evergoo said, your defense is really good, there were so many times I thought I would score an easy kill, but I just couldn't get some of those crucial hits in. Look forward to playing more sometime!

Evergoo: I have to ask, what made you decide to start using ROB? Seems like the last character you'd get into using. I'm not criticizing, your ROB is pretty tough, but just wondering.
 
Awesome games, Evergoo! Those were probably some of the most entertaining matches I've had playing Brawl so far. Your Rob sure knows how to punish approaches. =P

You're one tough cookie. We're very close in skills but I think you're slightly better than me (at least in spot-dodging). I never spot-dodged in Melee (SSB>SSBM for me) so now I'm learning it.

Sorry for the lack of diversity but I'm trying to main in ROB (previously Ike). You helped me improve my ROB skills dramatically, especially the last few games. And that ROB match at the end was a close call. No one who mains in a character wants to lose in a ditto match =P

Lol. Why would being ROB surprise you?

Anyways, I saw the light when a CAG (I forget who) was using ROB. His projectiles were comboing me like mad (as Daisydog experienced first hand) and his aerial recovery was ridiculous. So to answer your question, blame the CAG who kicked my butt for introducing me to ROB.

I've played Rob a fair amount myself, so I thought I had a decent chance with him. I'm still looking for a main myself, but I think I can scratch Pit off that list. I can't use Rob's nair nearly as well as you can, which kept catching me off guard for all our matches. Towards the end, though, I got used to how to deal with Rob's other attacks, which is where I think that slight edge came from. :)
