Super Smash Bros. Brawl - Gen. Discussion & Info

The only way I can imagine a Ganondorf being any good in any kind of match is if they spam the kick/grab combo, since it doesn't lag if you do it just right (or so DMK showed me).

That and focusing not on using Smash attacks, but on using strong lean attacks. Ganon's normal punches and kicks could send some people flying and keep the momentum in his favor.
I`m about to go on now though (next 5 minutes)
I'll play :) Have we registered each other? Well I'll register you now and just hope you see this post

^Just saw that...hopefully your still on

e: good games daisydog, I think it was a fairly close lose/win ratio...aside from the ass kicking from the ice climbers lol
I have some stuff I need to do online so I have to go. Nice playing with you :)
That`s alright - but I`m just wandering why you`re so covert about your "stuff online"

It's not a secret

I just recently picked up an SD Card reader.
Why can't I see my Smash pics on my card? I know I have a few that I put on here. The Pokemon Ranch creates a folder and everything...Where would the Smash pics be?

Lol, those matches were funny to watch. I thought you would be just steam rolling these people with the posts announcing your triumphs... but for many of those matches it seems as if Lee and Dojo were the real stars (until he killed you at the end, while you had a grab on)... and Dojo just reaked havok on everybody. Dojo's MK was quite nice, but I think I would have liked to have seen a MK/DK combo.

Though, i liked watching Marth get tossed about like a rag doll.

Encrypted, but encryption broken a long time ago. There is a windows program to do it as well.

I've been to several tournaments with Dojo, and I believe I generally place higher, but I've never had to play him until that day. I really struggle with MK vs MK.

I do steamroll a lot of people early on, but I'm pretty much stuck at getting 3rd at these things for now. Dojo got 2nd at this one in singles. I was thinking about picking up Falco just for the MK matchup. Its real tough for MK to get through all those lazors.

Any tips on getting online to work for me? Here's my situation.

1) Spectating a match works fine. Finds one to spectate with a few seconds the two times I tried it and it does work all the way through to where I can watch the match in action.

2) Mario Kart Wii works fine.

3) When I go into a match myself to fight it just sits seeking opponents indefinitely. (I gave it a good 5+ minutes maybe longer as I spent a while kicking around the bag.)

I hate you. I told a friend and now if I tell him it was all a joke, I'll look like a fool!

j/k. Guess I'll tell him the truth. He doesn't care about Brawl that deeply anyways
Wubb, add some FCs for brawl already. I don't why you're seek random duels.
Does that not work for a lot of people? I was just trying to check it out to see how badly random people would whoop up on me.
Spectate works well because you're not watching a live game Wubb.

It's just replay data.
Oh well that explains that. But at least it means I can get to the net through that game. Whatever...

I really don't want to spend 4 hours tweaking my router to get this crap to maybe work right.
Around what time were you trying the anyone thing? Also yea,h you should play someone here. Most of us are nice people :)
I can't remember for sure but I think it was around 8PM EST.

I asked Nintendo if I could have the same code that I have for Mario Kart but they didn't reply. They suck.

Master Chief isn't in this game, wubb. You are aware of that, right? I don't want you to hurt his feelings or something - you two have something special goin' on.

Yoshi's character model was based on Master Chief. I'm pretty sure I read on Kotaku that Nintendo had to pay Bungie bags of money to square things.

They both do enjoy tossing egg babies at people.

It rarely works well for me. Takes about 5-10 minutes for it to connect for me. The matches are usually either lag-free, or they last about 15 seconds (before getting disconnected).

Friend matches are much easier...and much more reliable.

Been playing a ton of offline Brawl lately. 539 trophies right now. Just need the "all finish 100 man brawl" one and 100 hours trophies....along with a couple others.

Not sure on the stickers. 650-ish. All the movies and such from Subspace.
