Super Smash Bros. Brawl - Gen. Discussion & Info

Awesome games guys! :applause:

There were way too many lol moments in our matches. It was also nice to break up the monotony of the same old rules: No Items. Fox Only. Final Destination. ;)

Jason, is there any way for your Olimar to block Link's boomerang? It doesn't seem like you can stop it, which works to my advantage :cool:

I was stopping your Boomerang? I think you must've missed it. I think his down+a tilt might stop it, but I was kind of lazy. Pikmin shield usually does the trick.

All things considering, I thought we had some pretty decent games. I was quite relaxed from the crazy free for alls we had earlier.

I was too busy raining arrows down on you :lol: I guess I'm referring to when you throw your Pikmin at me. My arrows and bombs get stopped by them but my boomerang goes right though.

Samus vs Olimar was a complete beat down! I don't think I picked up a single item!

Good games hero.

I wanted to play you more dyeknom, but I can't stand that lag. It's hard to get any decent games in with as bad as it was starting to get.
 
GGs blue, jack, dyeknom. I don't seem to improve as much as you two (Blue, Jack). I think I hit a peak. Dyeknom brawl matches seem to lag a lot for some reason. It just might be the nintendo servers.

Dyeknom, how did your wii fall on the floor?

I currently only have 2 wii friends who I play smash brothers with on the weekends. So if anybody wants to trade wii codes so we can play smash, feel free to PM me and ask or leave a comment in this thread ( MARTH FTW!!!!!!)

I'm going to play some basic brawl until someone shows up online.
How do you change the rule in basic brawl? It is stuck at 2 minutes rule. It sucks.

You bitches. I may try to dual mod my stick to work with the PS3 as well. If I wind up doing that, I'll probably get that version too.

SFIV is great by the way. Played it at HOBO 11 and I've been jonsing for the console release ever since. Guile and Gief are gonna wax dat ass.
