Yeah, it could be me. It's weird, but on speedtest it gives me around the same numbers as usual. Gonna reset the router.
 
GG's to Hero, Dast, Kyle, and Ice. Haven't played in a while so thanks for beating the rust off of me. Games with me might be laggy for a few weeks, since I'm staying with some family 'till I get an apartment.
 
I really don't think it's me...perhaps Nintendo? Also, sorry for suiciding Hero but everytime someone gets hit it lags badly and it's not really fun like that.

Edit: Anyone else having lag issues today?

lol, Bavgate decides to use Olimar, my weakness. I think you may have the best Olimar on CAG. Though I haven't seen some other CAGs try him. Thanks for sticking so long and also for letting me learn how you use him. Those ditto matches were fun, and now I know against a Olimar around my level, most of my characters probably can't beat him. I can't believe it's this late...

Oh, sorry for some suicides and spacing out sometimes. You see there was this nasty bug on the rug and I tried to get it but failed the first time. It was kinda fast and I'm a coward when it comes to them...but hey, I eventually killed it!

Edit: Looks like a direct confrontation with him is stupid, which you'd link I'd learn by now. It probably because it works on most other people. Looks like I'll have to be campy more against him which is something I need to work on. :p

GG to you also, Suko. Ditched right now because my hands are hurting like fuck, getting kinda tired, plus I have a concert to go to early in the morning. I was laughing pretty hard at those dittos, because it became one giant clusterfuck of Pikmin. Not entirely sure why I only stuck with DK and Olimar. I guess I just didn't want to play my G&W tonight. I still have to practice my pivotboots/reverse pivotboosts. I was only able to pull off a few in the games.

Yeah, no problem about those SD's and stuff. I was spacing out a few times also. It's late at night, so I don't blame ya.

I just wish there wasn't that damn button lag on Wi-Fi. I'm still not used to it after all these months. Now I remember why I've been staying away from playing online, but I'm glad I at least have some good players to practice with. :lol:
 
I'm going to be stuck with my HDTV in a few days, so add wi-fi button lag with that and it gives me :whistle2:(

Though it's not too bad, after playing on a SDTV for a little while and then switching, everything feels weird for a while.

Edit: I like how we lost badly when one was Olimar and the other one was DK. While I was DK, I was like wtf?! I see no hope!
 
Yeah, gg to everyone i played with today. I got close on some matches and I'm proud of myself for that. Although i won like twice, I loved it cause i haven't won once before. But i gotta go cause I'm really friggn tired. I'll be getting on and brawling randomly tommorow so just look out for me or pm me and I'll check CAG before i start. See yall tommorrow

Oh god, I hate the HDTV lag too. Played Brawl a bunch of times on my friend's TV, and that lag was pissing me off. Thankfully, I got a SDTV for the Wii. Any added lag and I'd probably throw my controller across the room.

HAHAHAHA, those Oli/DK matches were funny as hell. After the disconnect, I wanted to start playing my Oli again, because that damn ape doesn't work out too well with the button lag. Those DK dittos were pretty hilarious too. :lol:

If you wanna play some more on Sunday, I'm down. It's my last day before classes start, so I wanna get as much Brawl practice from you and the rest
before the UCSF bi-weeklies start popping up again.
 
I should be able to play around nighttime. I'm moving back to my apartment that day and should at least have the TV and video game systems set up. I really wish I could take both of my TV's back, but I don't think my mom would be too happy lol.

It's too bad you didn't join the CAG Brawl tourney. I think you'd do very well in it.

Oh, and I really liked the lagless matches. It was better than most I've played. Yeah, all the ditto matches were intense. Remember how you kept grabbing me when I was Toon Link and you were olimar? I really don't know why I kept letting that happen lol.

Yeah, I didn't want to join the tourney because at the time of the sign-ups, I had not played Brawl in a couple months and I was sort of bored of the game. But, after playing in that B.I.O. tourney in SF with absolutely no practice whatsoever (I posted a couple Youtube videos from the event on an earlier page), I really wanted to get back into the game. By the time I wanted to start playing online with you guys, the sign-ups were longgggg over.

If someone decides to drop from the tourney, I wouldn't mind taking their place.

Haha, yeah, I remember when I kept grabbing T. Link with some pivots. I was like, "Huh? How the hell am I pulling this off?!" I kept wondering why you weren't DI'ing away from me.

Those are all the regulars with unique names, I think.

EDIT: Nanerz is my Diddy role model. I watch his videos specifically to improve my Diddy. There are so many damn banana ATs (at least 10) that it's mind blogging! I even have a YouTube subscription just to understand Diddy's banana tricks!

I'm not sure if Texas has one but there's a YouTube account that specifically has recorded videos of California tournaments. It's almost at 1,800 videos total now. I subscribe to that one, too, but only watch certain ones.

I just started playing this game earlier in the week. I've completed the subspace one-player mode and now I'm working on the challenges. Maybe I'm a moron but I don't get the homerun derby. I don't understand what button it is that makes my character take the homerun swing (using Wii-mote controller scheme). I have sort of by chance hit a 1494 ft homer with the ice climbers.

Yeah, I think you played -MaStEr ChEiF-. Our tags are similar. His is Ice, mines is Icee.

I won't be using the Icee tag anymore though because it's gonna get confusing as hell for the both of us. :lol:

New tag = MFDef or Tical.

I loved those matches, 3way and 1on1 (especially the Falcon/Falcon/Bowser and Falcon/Falcon).

Sorry I kept denying you earlier lurk, me and yukine were doing our matches then.
