Socom is nothing like Doom or any other FPS. You guys need to stop reading crap and actually play the game before you talk shit
 
I thought Socom Confrontation was fine after a year. I still see on Socom.com that 8000 plus people are playing it at any time.
 
I'm curious to see what exactly they're going to do with it. Whether they'll try and refine the classic socom style gameplay or evolve the series using newer mechanics like Aiming down the sights or a cover system. Bringing back vehicles and large scale maps like 3 or smaller scale like Confrontation.

The only thing I get from the trailer is a sense they are trying to add a more engaging narrative for the singleplayer.

In any case can't wait to see more.
