It depends on how you bought the game... my HS4, which I bought in store, is being sent out by mail
My SF:OS which I purchased online was sent to me in my email
 
Yay, I just got my rebate letter in the mail today. The voucher is colored in brown at the bottom of the letter, with a scannable UPC barcode thingy.

Date Issued: 5/11/2005
Value: $20.00

I already used up my electronic code one that was sent to me in my email. I'm planning to buy a gift card with this, just for the sole purpose so I can pick up better game deals, and buy them online.

If you use the voucher to buy gift card they only let you buy the one without a pin number.

:( oh no.. I bought them both on line in one transaction.
So that means I will get only 1 gift voucher back and through email only.
I usually clean my junk mail without looking..

If you got the email voucher for the website, what's the email's subject, so I can keep an eye out? I've been deleting the "EBGames Newsletter" but I would assume it would say something different.
I mailed my rebate form 5/6, so it's only been two weeks for me.
 
I got both my vouchers today. I bought both the games at B&M on one reciept. I mailed the one reciept with 2 forms filled out from the flyer for each game. Each voucher came in 2 separate mail. So for those who bought both games in one transaction, you'll probably get both, just in separate mail.

Since it has only been 2 WEEKS for you, you will be waiting for a few weeks more at least, they only send out vouchers once a month, as for the header will be "Your EBgames.com rebate code"
Should you be foolish enough to delete that...

I have a filter on my email, but it was sent to my regular box... call them if you have any questions about you voucher at 800-800-5166

That's fine. I had my PC on the other night and I think I had Outlook open; my hard drive took that time to decide to die, so any mail I received would be gone and likely irretrievable. I don't mind waiting a bit, as long as I get it, and when I do my anti-spam deleting, I look both at subject and sender, so no, I wouldn't delete a useful email like that.
 
Talk to eb and found out that my rebate is still in processing.. that's good news!
But the bad news is, EB employee told me buying 2 games (both that has rebate) in one transaction is only going to qualify me for one rebate only. I wonder why EB is so inconsistent when it comes to their policy.

Ya know, I bought Hot Shots Golf Fore about a month ago. I was promised a $20 gift voucher.

Never got the GV.

Is EBgames a "slacker" when it comes to mail-in rebates (like best buy)? I know I'm starting to get annoyed. I don't want to pay $20 for Hot Shots when it's supposed to be $FREE.

I've been waiting on my Siphon Filer rebate for a while now (nearly a month I think), but I've come to expect slow turn-around from EB Games. They get more "float" value from your money by holding onto it longer than necessary, probably to allow the purchase to go on one month's books and the rebate to go on another.
 
I bought both games together online and sent in both forms and both UPCs (to be safe).

But I only got one email with one code.

Did anyone purchase both online and get both rebates????
 
How do you combine gift vouchers and/or coupon codes? I keep getting javascript errors.

Heard from some that SAVER has worked for some people with the gift voucher, others, no.
 
I ordered both games in separate online transactions, and they sent back two rebate code e-mails with THE SAME CODE!! So, I basically got screwed, and when I asked about it, they said since the e-mail address was the same, I could only get one....any advice?? Oh, and the billing addresses were different too!!

Yeah, be happy you got one code. Besides calling or emailing and asking them why you only got one code, there's absolutely nothing you can do. Technically each email addy or physical address IS only allowed ONE rebate. Some of us are just getting luckier than others.

WTF! I want my free games... shrike what browser did you use to combine them? I tried both IE and Firefox and neither worked.
 
Try adding the used game and the saver code first before entering the gift voucher code and anything else (if at all) that you are going to get.

I think that's what I did and I was able to use saver with the code (I'm not 100% sure if that is what I did since it was over a week ago and I don't remember for sure though)
 
Man, im pissed. I got my code, tried to preorder madden 06, but then wasnt allowed to do in-store pickup. So im gonna wait till there is free 1 day shipping, or cave in later on and pay for it
 
I got my code today, "bought" Paper and used the GEN game Gadget Twins for free shipping. I had no problem combining all the usual discounts with my $20 coupon.

Is there an expiration date on this code? Its not gonna expire or anything will it?

If I remember correctly the voucher thing you have to fill out had time limit for using the code, I can't remember the exact time constraints though (1 month after recieving the code...?).

I always use Firefox, and I think it's in the order that you stack them together that gets them to work.

I think what YoshiFan1 posted below is probably the only way it might work, since I'm thinking that the codes might work like BB, where handing them a RZ cert + GGC and having the RZ cert used first will screw up the use of the GGC.
 
Ok, I got the $20 voucher to work with the 3 other codeS (thanks to YoshiFan and shrike) but I can't get either of my $10 vouchers to work with them. Unless you guys can think of a way to help me out I'll probably end up completing this order and I'll waste the $10 ones.. or just give them away on CAG. Anyway here's how it looks.

There should be a way to do it, unless they changed it. Last year when they had that trade 4, get Ninja Gaiden for free deal, I did the deal twice and was able to use 2, $50 gift codes on one order. But that was back when they had free shipping so I didn't use saver. Maybe it's possible they limit you to 3 discount codes per order?

I sent mine in on 4/29 and got my code on 5/24.
 
Ahhh I got around a 1 dollar left to fill up for that 20 rebate.

Picked Knockout kings 2001, Kengo, mobile force, and R:racing revolution for 18.96 (with SAVE and CAG15)

Any suggestion for that last dollar?

I did that Ninja Gaiden deal! My first tradein deal with EB . . . I sent in 4 fairly crappy games (Stuntman . . .). They also had a $10 voucher on the preorder of NG . . . so you got $10 back on it as well.

I can also get the codes to work with the $20 voucher but have never been able with the $10 ones . . . those won't work with any other codes.

I had the same problem. I gave one of my $10 codes away.
