Most of my finds are behind you guys in price. The $11.98 games still ring up as being $19.98 and the $5.98 games are still $9.98. I'm hoping that they drop in my store tomorrow.

Same here. Honestly surprised to see so many on the shelf, especially during this time of the year.

I grabbed the last copy at $9.98 because I figured it wouldn't stay up there very long. A lot of people are looking for cheap games for their kids for the holidays. If there are multiples, I always buy one and then return it later if it drops. That way, I'm guaranteed to have a copy in my collection.
I did the same thing. Saw only one copy of it there. I have never played it before either so it was a great price for me. It's also enhanced for One X so that pushed it into buy territory.

No new games listed here, just allocating all of the previous links in one place in alphabetical order because my OCD cripples me sometimes. All credit goes to previous posters for their finds.

When I went back to Target tonight, Dishonored and X-Com 2 had dropped to $5.98.  The copies that I bought for $9.98 are going back by the weekend, but at least I would have had them if they hadn't been there.  Picked up Gravel for $8.98 (is this even a good game?) and Scribblenauts Showdown for $11.98 too.  Of course, there wasn't another copy of Burnout Remastered to be had, but that was to be expected.

One store near me has RE7 for full price $30 while a nearby has $9 but OOS. How lucky have you guys been doing the whole return/rebuy because "I wanted to change my form of payment to my red card"?

Thanks to who ever figured out these deals. Finally got my hands on Xcom 2. Debated picking up Dishonored too but I won't be getting to for a while anyway so decided to not pick it up.

Hit the jackpot today. Got the last copy of Yoshi and Monster Hunter.
How is Monster Hunter and Fire Emblem? I've been thinking about picking those games up.

I haven’t tried them yet since I just bought them yesterday but I enjoyed Hyrule Warriors on 3DS. I think the same team made Fire Emblem Warriors.

I’ve heard nothing but good things about Monster Hunter Stories. MHS has a demo on the eshop.

For $12 these games are all great. Just glad I was able to get them all.

The only other 3DS game I want now is Luigi’s Mansion and I will wait a bit to pick that up.

Brickseek shows in stock at $11.98. The app shows in stock at $33.99.

Should I even waste my time driving to the store to see which price will ring up in store?

Target app has always been weird about price for me. Not uncommon for it to display the wrong, usually default or original) price even when the actual in-store scanners and stickers say otherwise. Good for seeing if something is in-stock though.

Probably goes without saying, but from what I've heard the performance on the switch version of Fire Emblem Warriors is better. A major thing I've read is that there are sometimes timed moments where you need to kill a certain amount of enemies and the switch version is better in that regard because its able to spawn more enemies on screen where as the New 3DS version is limited.

Monster hunter stories is a pretty fun game, more like a pokemon game than a traditional monster hunter. Fire emblem echoes is a remake of gaiden, I'm not too big on it, most fans liked it tho.

cool bunch of stuff maybe ill pass by my target and see what i can find..all i saw was some 3ds games before but they were all 19.99

Thanks guys! I was able to pick up Fire Emblem Echoes and Poochi & Yoshi’s Wooly World for $12 each. Glad I drove over to Target because it was the last copy of each they had.

picked up fire emblem echoes to display and burnout for xb1 though I hate that controller. i’m going to bundle burnout and buy that xb1 s battlefield bundle and sell it at a small loss. if a cag around me in corona wants it fro two bills let me know. i’ll take a hit on the tax. need to convert target gf to money (long story)

What the fuck did i just read

Didn't see any 3DS stuff at my local store. May have already been hit by the resellers. A couple XB1 games were on clearance that I wasn't interested in.

I stopped by a Target that BS showed having a bunch of games on clearance, but none to be seen, except for Codename Steam for 3DS. I asked an associate and they checked inventory and everything was sitting in the back.

I only picked up Outlast Trinity and Burnout Paradise Remastered, but the associate brought out a few copies of each to put on the clearance endcap.

So if you don't see them on the floor and BS does claim stock, they may be sitting in the back.

Specific location is Crystal, MN.

If it’s like my local Target, it’s a smaller store and they only have like 16 3DS games out for display, so I think there’s a good chunk of stuff sitting in the back with all of the oldish displays going on. These games that are clearance haven’t been out on the shelf at my store for about 6 weeks or so, but once they hit clearance, they were put on on a catchall endcap of clearance items.

Man we went by my local target and they had monster hunter stories and yoshi wooly world but they were 20 each. I have another target about 20 mins away that are selling for 12 like I'm seeing on here but my local store wouldn't price match them. Put yoshi back cause we have it on the Wii u and just got monster hunter stories. If they were 12 I would have gotten both. My target sucks :(

I had a similar situation, What I would do is buy the game at 20 and go to the target thats cheaper with out receipt and ask for the difference back. worked for me.

Thanks for the posts CAGs. Brought a bunch of :xb1: games for < $10. Much appreciated!!
Lord knows when I will get to them, serious backlog to attend to.

If anyone is interested, I have a sealed copy of Quantum Break and a sealed copy of Yo Kai Watch 2. I'll do cost + shipping. If not, Yo Kai Watch will go back to Target. I was successfully able to return and re buy Monster Hunter Stories and Yoshi.

I stopped by the Target in Pacoima, CA on my way home from work earlier this week and found a huge end cap of clearance and other games. Most of the 70% off titles are already in my previous list, but I also found a few others that seem to be either long forgotten or specific to just this store:

My Target doesn't even carry half these games, period...and the ones they do are either not in stock or still one or two clearance cycles behind.  I have a Target about 15min from my house and than the two next out are over an hour away and about an hour away from each other.

Is there a particular game or games you’re looking for? I have to pickup a couple of white elephant gifts for a family gathering tomorrow after work today, so I don’t mind checking for you.

Also...I think I have a problem, guys.

I might have to change my handle to “ALSOaddicted2games” if this keeps up. [emoji51]

I used to do that for years. Today I still have sealed original Xbox, Gamecube, 360, PS3, and countless other games. I have dozens of 360 games still sealed that are probably worthless today. Even after cutting down as I got older, I still have about a dozen sealed PS4 games I truly want to play like Deus Ex, Dishonored 2, Last of Us, Crash trilogy, and more.

One day you'll may realize you will never have the time in the world to play all of them. I wish I learned that ages ago. I used to tell myself "eh it's only $10, add it to the collection!" $10 x 100 adds up pretty easily and you don't even know it.

Call it an over correction from having nothing as a kid, having things taken away as a kid and lately losing $1,000s in items due to a slimeball landlord but I can't stop myself from picking up cheap games I may never play. Also, severely bipolar so that's a problem

I bought myself ten games for the holiday, and I honestly don't know when I am going to get around to playing them (some are 100+ hour JRPGs), and I still play MMOs, and open ended games like No Man's Sky, and Animal Crossing. I need a clone, so that we can split my backlog in half.
