Then learn to motivate yourself using lust. There's always time enough for love (- said by
Lazarous Long). The best thing you can do for yourself is get fit. The benefits I think would be most obvious:
- you look & feel healthy. Ergo, you will feel happier as a result (probably just the endorphins)
- girls will find your more attractive. Yeah, it's a bit shallow to say that but whoever says 'looks don't matter' hasn't tried to

someone like this w/o a lot of money or a lot of booze (probably SFW but not safe for anyone who doesn't know who Brian Peppers is):

- the more girls you attract, the more options you have so that you don't have time to pine over one girl in an ocean of girls.
- the more girls you spend time with (intimately or otherwise) help develop your social skills so you're more adept at being a skilled lover & companion which in turn help you attract even more girls in a positively recursive loop.
- the more girls you interact with, the better you get at discerning the kind of girls you like & don't like and will benefit your search for that one true love.
Losing 100 by June is possible but I highly doubt it's healthy. Far better to actually work out on a consistent basis for the rest of your life so that you are healthy in the long run; not just for the sake of one girl.
