Where is the weekly ad?
They ended the weekly ad for more rotation of deals. Please check the homepage and deal link for the current deals.

I can't find a trade in value for an item?
It might not be tradable or calling a store to find the value may be the only option.

How many copies of a game can I trade in?
You are allowed to trade in 4 copies of the same game (same system) within a rolling 30 day period.

Are there trade limits?
Yes, $500 cash minus some electronic trade ins and or $2000 trade credit in a rolling 30 day period.

Can I use the $5 monthly coupon on gift cards?

Yes you can in store but not online please note not all gift cards will apply to this rule.

I have a $XX.xx pre-owned reward certificate, and I want to use it on a B2G1 transaction. Should I?
It depends. If the three games are equal value, do not use your certificate. The value of the certificate would be applied to the free game, which would not benefit you. If one game is more expensive, you can use the certificate to make it the same value as the other two games ($5 reward certificate applied to transaction with two $10 games and one $15 game would make all three games $10).


TERMINOLOGY AND LINGO:
ASL/SL: Assistant Store Leader, Store Leader; manager positions at GS.
B2G1: Buy two, get one free.
GS: GameStop
JD: Junior detective, an employee who is out to get someone
LP: Loss Prevention; this is the department that actually bans accounts after being flagged.
TC/TiC: Trade credit.
TIV/TV: Trade in value, or what a game currently trades for. When posting a TV for a game, always use the base value.

Frankly, I haven't seen a game sale this good since October 2023. You can get four $15 games or two $30 or a mix of both to easily hit the free shipping threshold ($54 minimum for Pro members). I HIGHLY recommend Eiyuden Chronicles Hundred Heroes if you like the Suikoden series or JRPGs in general, top tier English voice acting and stellar OST. Tomb Raider I - III Remaster Deluxe Edition is a no brainer. Other notable mentions currently available to cart:

Asterigos, Infinite Wealth, System Shock, Unicorn Overlord, and Visions of Mana ($15 each)

Still meh. That said, if others are finding games they want, more power to you. I find most of these to be meh, and I'm just well past the point of buying a game because it's a good deal. $15 or $30 doesn't matter much if the game is one I'm not much interested in playing.

Madden dropped heavy down to $5.50 so I had to settle with the few bucks loss.

Finally got into the store today and a nice guy re-upping his pro membership offered to let me use his old 50% coupon. Unfortunately, the guy working the register couldn't figure out how to get the coupon off the guy's old account so I could use it with my current one. Don't even know if that's possible since the screen showed no code or barcode to use.

I guess he would've had to pull up the code/barcode on his phone through the website or app.

Surprisingly, every other one of my stores within a 30 mile radius have exactly one copy of Avatar Gold each. Don't use the GS pick-up option to gauge inventory. Call a store to verify how many others might have it if not that one.
