That's a new one. Where was it at?
That's a new one. Where was it at?
In the "ethnic" aisle, bottom shelf. Below the various soy sauces and ramens. I think this is a new thing, I've never seen them at the other walmart I visit.

Interesting. How much was it?
Interesting. How much was it?
$.93. It was my first time trying the stuff, and I'd have to say it was pretty good. I went with chocolate, though they also had strawberry.

So I bought Tales of Phantasia from Best Buy for 29.99 - 10% coupon - $20 gift card = $6.99.

BUT, I stopped at the Gamestop across the street on the way back and bought a Donkey Kong classic gba which I can sell for probably $7 profit. So in theory when I update my 2006 Spending Tab, I COULD say that ToP was free. But I dont know if that looks shady.

Damn, the only place I've ever gotten the stuff before was at Suncoast and it was $2 or $3. $0.93 is a much better deal.

I usually buy it at the Hong Kong Market. Costs $0.98, hmm Walmart is 5 minutes closer........evil but closer, might check this out.

Man, waiting for my equivalent of an "advisor" to review my research paper sucks... I just want to know if it's good enough and what changes need to be made so I can fucking graduate.

Never had it. Now I'm tempted to check the local Wallyworld for it the next time I'm out that way.

Wow was that one awesome finale for Battlestar. Can't wait till October to see how
Gaius' just absolute wuss-out moment of surrendering to the Cylons
will play out when it starts again.

Picture I made of two of my friends (who are brothers). I dubbed them "The Digital Brothers" -- when they lose or win at video games, they get catatonic. You hear anything from the ol' '80s "YESSSSSSSSSSS!" with a hand pump when they're winning, to "WHY HAD GOD FORESAKEN ME!?" when they're losing.

Nut hugger jeans for both of 'em, a green sweater for the one on the left, and a black trench coat for the one on the right (whom loves table-top gaming... he has to dress the part).

The brother on the left and I put a hidden camera in the bedroom of the one on the left and filmed him while playing video games... and, by far, watching that tape makes me laugh the hardest I have ever laughed.

Anyway, I thought of making this a segment of a film project / show I'm making. The hidden camera thing will be it's own segment, and that should be hysterical... I'll have an extremely hard time deadpanning myself through that one.

...the Blue DS's hhave already sold out.

...

Im both annoyed with how long I'll have to get one (Phoenix!!!) and amazed at how much they eat it up.
Is it because you don't know where to dl stuff or just run out of things to dl?
Needs places to download. And faster torrents. Not that I'm asking for anything...

Hurray for sibling get togethers. Playing Ghost Recon co-op with my brother while my 15 month old sister watched and laughed.

Your sister laughed while watching you and your brother mow down people? Keep an eye on her...

after watching videos and seeing screenshots, I fail to see any connection between Atelier Iris 1 and 2. Surely if there was NO connection, they wouldve just named a different Atelier, like Atelier Marie, Elie or Lilie.

oh well.

Whats up, internet?

This is the first time it's rained in five months and I had to walk through it with my warm, (used to be) dry laundry.

EDIT: fuck, now there's some leaks coming from my above my window. It's nothing some bowls can't help with, but now I've got to make another call to the office.

I really need to watch the first three seasons. I meant to watch them when they were on A&E, but never got around to it.

hopefully season 1 goes on sale soon.
Didn't someone in the OTT just pick up season 1 at Target for $20 or so?
yea but I think the sale is over

Is it just me, or does the Kingdom Hearts 2 battle system look just as broken as the first... (I want to say my main problem was with the camera and lock-on targeting, but it's been almost 4 years since I played the game.)
Didn't someone in the OTT just pick up season 1 at Target for $20 or so?
Sixer did. I was just about to mention that too. Personally, I think the dvds are worth full price. I bought season 1 for $35 season 2 for $50 and haven't regretted either purchase. But then again I also pay full price for a lot of crap while waiting for the price to go down on a lot of good stuff. I'm confusing like that.

When the South Park movie came out, the theater I worked at actually sold boxes of Cheesy Poofs. Sure, they were $7 a box and tasted like the ones you'd buy for .50 at a dollar store, but the box was dead on.
Super Princess Peach is too fuckin' easy... :/
Well, it is sort of made for little girls.

You know how wrong that can sound?
You know how wrong that can sound?
But o' so right, all at the same time...
Girls must be terrible at video games.
The Japanese think so anyway.

Wow, the Nintendo Power review didn't completely overrate the game. Got right about the average. I'll still probably pick up SPP at some point, but not till it drops in price. It's a platformer involving the Mario universe, I'm playing it...

I was awoken at the sound of dripping water, and sure enough, there's water coming out of my ceiling fan and not long after, there's a leak coming out of my ceiling. Luckily, I moved my room around just in time or my bed would be soaked by now.

No shit, that was one of the BEST season finales of any show I can remember. A close second would have to be 24 Season 2.

That part where it cut to 1 year later, I was like what the fuck? Then I just though, ok I can roll with this, where we going from here? Then the Cylons jumping in, priceless. What's interesting is that they seemed to stress the point that they had no interest in wiping out the humans but rather they wanted to be "humanity's protector." That could prove to be VERY interesting.

Was I supposed to feel sad for the people on the ground that were stuck there when the fleet jumped away? Because I didn't. In fact, I laughed at their stupidity for being lulled into a false sense of security. Yeah like the cylons are just gonna walk away and say, oh well.
Didn't someone in the OTT just pick up season 1 at Target for $20 or so?
Yeah, that was me. Best purchase I've made in a while, no doubt.
Sixers loves him some Target.
Haha, yes, I do. Although I stopped by there today and they didn't have Kingdom Hearts: CoM. :[

Guess I'll just go ahead and order online.

I used to love Target during the days of Sega Genesis, when they had the Sega Genesis kiosks* (is that the name*?) with the multiple cartridges, allowing you to select which game you wanted to play.

I used to go there and play the shit out of the first couple levels of Kid Chameleon... fuckin' timer in the kiosk didn't allow me to get any further.

It was a blessing when my parents bought me a Sega Genesis for my birthday. I had to save up for Kid Chameleon on my own, though.

Best platformer... EVER.
Best platformer... EVER.
Yeah, pretty much.

edit: though it was cruelly difficult.
TCFNPTSL to get 10% off a target.com order
Thanks. Appreciated.

What's their shipping like? Never ordered from then before. :x

I watched George Carlin's Complaints and Grievances last night. Pretty good stuff. I'd like to purchase his new(er) book. It's only 6 dollars at Amazon.

Edit: South Park s4 is only 25 dollars at BB this week! Sweet! That only leaves 2 and 3 to pick up. Yay for Best Buy!

I know! The whole 1 year later thing I definitely went "WTF?" at. But I definitely didn't feel bad for the people that were stuck when the fleet jumped away. I was surprised Tigh actually went to the planet, considering he went to the trouble to try and fix the election so Gaius wouldn't win. Then again, I was still wondering the whole time why Adama had such an ugly mustache. And what happened to Lee's hair. But it was definitely interesting seeing the Cylons come in and basically take over New Caprica in like 4 minutes. It should be interesting to see how Caprica Six and Gaius act around each other since they both realize that it's each other.
