I'm not reading through 18 pages of posts, so if this is a repeat I apologize. From memory I saw the following that were not listed in the original post Wii clearance:

Blast Works was $19.99 (not 24.99)
House Of The Dead 2 &3: $19.99
Wii Ski: $29.99 - I know, not impressive
Some other family game was also on clearance, didn't look interesting so I hardly gave it a look.

This was at Blockbuster (Not Gamerush). Though I believe they are a "Corporate" store and follow the same deals as the Game Rushes.

I bought We Ski for $19.99 ($29.99 is the regular price) and have seen it marked for the same at a few other places. Nice that Blast Works dropped another $5 but I got lucky on that one at Best Buy since they still have the $9.99 tag in front of them. Another one I saw at only one of the BBVs is Ninja Reflex for $19.99
 
It's hard to sell wii fit the past week for some reason at my local CL And Ebay prices is either break even or loss, since most of the auction that sells 120+ offer free shipping. Just be carefull when you buy too many WF from 1 bb, might be hard to return. I was able to sell 9 WF within a week 2 weeks ago and I have 1 left that's been collecting dust for 2 weeks. I offer the cheapest too in my local cl.

hmm any suggestion on something to flip from BB back to GS? I'm in need of about 20$ more credit @ GS to buy the DFP driving wheel but can't find anything posted on the op.

What little there is, is listed in the second post - not the OP. But there is very little that you can trade from BB -> GS without a loss. That's usually the way it is.

oop sorry i did mean the second post XD. But yeah sadly without any promotion it does sucks alot. I just want to get like even right now lol. can't find any of the game you posted, I'm just going to pay with cash for the rest of the cost for the wheel =( at least i'm not paying full price.
 
forgot tomention, but a few says ago i saw a Mario Party 7 for rent. How much would you think it would cost to rent and then buy (i lost it). They got a special, you can rent 2 GC games for $10. So maybe get the copy of Zelda: TP, or windwaker (which one worth more). I think they were all disc only.

Not to trade at GS, but so sell here on cag or somewhere else.

edit: also I had to exchange the gow psp for a new one (faulty umd door), and I forgot to put the syphon filter code card in the box, oops.... So I guess contest on.

Any good suggestions for a contest, I think originallt it was going to be biggest sticker ball, anyone else up for that?

For B1G1 deal, I purchased 2 for $14.99 each. So I would assume its rental + purchase price. One was for me and the other went to GS after no trade offers.
 
man I need a bit more gs credit on a certain edge card in order to get the psp by using that edge card only. I'm willing to go for a 1:1 but hoping for something a bit better. Any suggestions, I got $50 bbv credit to play with. The ones in the op, I cant find those, all cleaned out.

A random drawing is the only thing that comes to mind. Maybe have everyone who's interested send you a PM, then you can put the names in a hat and pick one.

1) not be as fun as a contest
and

I'll also have either another syphne filter code or one for beats. Depends on which psp bundle I decide to keep, gow or madden.

So maybe one random one and then one contest?

So I'll wait until I crack open the next bundle, within a week, probably weekend and then we'll do the contests. But if its beats and syphon filter, which one should be the random one and vice versa? Does it matter to anyone...you mkernan?

yeah, but I'm planning on keeping my music to my ipod and games/movies to psp. I'd rather give it away then use it and then not use it if you know what I mean.

Lol. Either way... Beats is really cool, but I already have it. Maybe, the contest for Beats since many people who bought a PSP recently probably got Syphon Filter in the GoW pack?....

Unfortunately, I don't think so. I saw a pre-order sign for it and they didn't mention the pub games at all IIRC.
 
Anyone know the part # / preorder # for 360 FaceBreaker. I want to cancel my preorder of Madden 09, and to lessen the blow I planned on preordering a game I actually want. (Original preorder was done to help manager with hitting his numbers).

I need the part# because this particular store seem to have a hard time finding anything in the system (and coincidently even my GR had a hard time, even though they had it on their coming soon board).

And I think the store would loose the preorder credit for madden if I transfer the credit. I think it's better to deliver the item and then perform a return.
 
I just went to GS, and found a used BBV copy of K&L. It still has the $44.99 BBV sticker on it.

Does the guy who traded that K&L to GS know something that I or we don't??????

On the side note: I found a used SC4, only pay $ 43 + tax after Edge and Coupon.. woohoo..
 
buy 2 get 1 for a cent going on at hastings. maybe potential there on last gen games.

also bbv put wwe rvs2008 out for 14.99. I saw a copy at bbv of okami and alteir iris 2 but they were 24.99 ea.
 
Bad Company is played in a much larger scale compared to COD4. Bad Company is basically all out warfare, were as COD4 are like tactical missions. Both have great multiplayer, so you can't go wrong buying either one. But COD4 has a much better singleplayer.

Is it really worth an hour round trip bike ride to get a free play and charge kit? Is an elite really worth the extra $150? The only accessory I really want from it is the big hard drive and that can wait indefinitely.
 
Trades a K&L for $30. Preordered Socom Confrontation. They only had the bundle w/ the bluetooth headset for preorder, not the $40 standalone version. They also were advertising Gears of War and Fable II for preorder.
 
So I stopped by this bbv on my way home after scoring tetris ds for 9.99. The guy there just converted a dozen or so rentals to get rid of their gc games. Included with this was a copy of pikmin 1 and 2, mario power tennis, loz tp, 2x iridium runners and a power rangers super legends. There was a clearance sign over them too. And all I had on me was 20 dollars and 5 in a value card.

So i picked up pikmin 2 and will have to do some small flips to grab some flippables. He also dropped nights, last airbender and a few other wii games to 14.99... Along with a copy of suikoden 5 complete ive been eyeing for months to 14.99

Also eragon is down to 6.99. quality b1g1 fodder for the next 2 next gen games nets 10 bonus fom gs.

I flipped two Dancing with the Stars(Wii) for $26 each at BB today. It cost me about $15 out of pocket for both of them at Target. Anyway, I now have $227 in BB Credit, I noticed a more richer selection of used games, looks like they converted some rentals, I also noticed some new things for sale like those fathead posters, and a Belkin USB Ipod Cable for $4.99....I can't wait for that B1G1F Labor Day Sale if it's true...
 
There's a Buy 1 Get 1 Free labor day sale rumor? Didn't we just have a B1G1 sale? And for a very long time, with an extension?

Would they really do the sale again?

Take it for what it is, but the Blockbuster near me still has the B1G1 signage up, now with the terms and conditions at the bottom marked out with sharpie.
 
Does anyone know if Fire Emblem for the Wii held its 30 dollar trade value? I have no idea what I'd get with the 30... maybe use it as a base and become a flipper.

Which BBV is this? Are they actually running the sale?
 
i actually like the single player from battlefield myself, but don't care too much for the online due to vehicles. if you don't mind tanks, helicopters, and boats basically being the only things used 3/4 of the match, the online is great. i enjoy the weapons and wouldn't mind the vehicles if they didn't respawn and get spammed so much.

the problem you would have with call of duty 4 (at least online) is running into the more experienced players. there aren't a whole lot of new players left to run into, most people on the lower level that i have run into are on their second account (i am almost done with my second account). another problem would be getting into matches with a strict connection (you or people in your party), multiple people i play with can't get into rooms half the time which leaves a lot of backing out of rooms to get them again.
 
My Target had a ton of Kane & Lynch's clearanced for $28. I'm hoping next week they'll drop to $14. Keep an eye out in case your stores start clearing them out.
