I am confused...I take a nap and when I wake up there has been posts added in about string theory in the middle of a convo that I was in. What the hell happened.
You're paying $272 for what exactly?
An assload of invite/thank you/announcement cards, a mug, cap and gown, tassle, t-shirt, and a couple of other things. Le ripoff++.

Which is why I never bought that shit. $90 for just the cap & gown though. I didn't even want to go to the fucking thing. :bomb:

Shrike merged in Quack's Girls+LUE topic.

Man I only spent around 70 bucks for my senior stuff. I only bought 15 announcements and cap and gown. The other stuff was useless except a senior stien which was pretty cool.

That explains it. It was freaking me out on a Halloween.

 That's why you get the gown and cap and get the invites somewhere that's actually cheap. The rest is useless shit to make you feel like your money was well spent.

Which is precisely what my parents plan on doing.
No, don't bite on that.

Bite on the first link I sent you. It's only 20 dollars as well, and more entertaining. :)
Such a whore. :p
Just like you.. except no one wants your services.
The thing is, you don't even whore for yourself. All your proceeds go directly to comedy central. You're probably the only reason Reno hasn't been cancelled yet. :p

And for your information there's a fucking waiting list for my services. ;)

What could I whore about myself, anyway?

Besides, if I'm keeping Reno on the air, that would be awesome. Maybe I'll get a guest spot on it or something. :)

Waiting list for you, huh?

Well, I don't go down to where you work and...

Nevermind, I'll take the high road...
You don't want to know. 8-[
Can't be any more or less evil than the daily musings of my internal dialogue (and yes, I don't mean monologue - there's a lot of voices in there  )

Doesn't dialogue imply two persons? Though I guess it can work for more than that.

I drown out my internal monologue with music whenever possible.

Yeah, Subbie doesn't like anything that makes him think... or that requires work.

No, work is fine. Anything to keep me busy. Though I do lose interest rather quickly.

That said I've been averaging about 10 hours a week.

It does. It's just that the voices inside my head have internal dialogues with their voices inside themselves. It's a downward spiral... of evil.

What have you been doing for 10 hours a week?
What have you been doing for 10 hours a week?
Working. Usually software installs/upgrades. I don't really like dealing with the clients much.

OUCH! I can't believe it! One of my friends sent me a pic of what his brother is this year and it's disgusting. It's a costume of the goatse guy. It's basically a pair of women's leggings with a open gaping anus drawn on the bottom. It's almost as bad as the real thing but I think he'll definitely win for most original costume this year. PM me for the pic (if anyone wants to destroy the last shred of their sanity).

Looks like my sister is going out Trick 'r Treatin' in a bit, so more candy for me :)

Oh, and I got a new desktop, looks pretty swank if I don't say so myself :D
Working. Usually software installs/upgrades. I don't really like dealing with the clients much.
So, what exactly do you do for a living?
I work for my dad. We sell & support ACCPAC and related products.
So that's where you get all that money you have...

Care to hook up your future brother-in-law with a nice job?

Well I may be on my way out. I've been doing this for 2 years and have yet to show any real interest.

I'm sure you'd be very capable, but my father would prefer someone with a degree. Sorry.

Well, did you tell your father that his future son-in-law would like a nice job?

So, what do you plan to do if you leave that job?

I don't know ... probably some shit job where I'll have to work twice as much and twice as hard. I've got to sit down and have a real discussion about my future in and outside of the company, which I'm not exactly looking forward too. I'm thinking of trying to stay on with my usual work load and just picking up a second job that will keep my busy without forcing me to deal with people.

And I still have to figure out what I'm doing education-wise.

I'm sure you'll be fine. I mean, if there's any hope for me education-wise, there's plenty of hope for you. :)

Hey, who knows? ;)
I see someone who is full of lies...
Yeah, Subbie's always been a liar, but at least he's honest about it.

I guess anything is possible.

Well if you're interested, there's always positions available at my fake company. Let me know and I'll send you a fake information packet ;)
Well if you're interested, there's always positions available at my fake company. Let me know and I'll send you a fake information packet ;)
Y'know, if you're going to all that effort to make a fake company, why don't you conjure up a real one? A basic LLC can be had for about $3000 in set up costs. This doesn't include personnel salaries or company resources but it's a good way to start a home business and who knows, you might be able to grow it into an actual business. $3K may seem like a lot but in the long run it's a drop in the bucket.
Subbie knows that I'm just kidding with him, so shame on Tanuki! :)
Speaking of Tanooki's:
You don't seem to get what I'm hinting at. ;)
That could be one of the most disturbing vieled statements I've heard in a long while.

I've always thought of starting my own company but $3k is more than just a drop in the bucket, anyway you spin it. Especially for someone like me who has almost zero ability to commit to long term projects.
Well, not so much disturbing, but vague enough to mean anything.
Please, you've read the OTT enough to see that Tanuki appears to have a raging man-crush on Saucy Jack.
That really limits what the subject can be.
Yesss, my sister just dropped off a load of candy, and SHE'S GOING BACK FOR MORE!
:headache: Must . . . control . . . urge. To many sexual innuendos.
That could be one of the most disturbing vieled statements I've heard in a long while.
There's a reason why I didn't quote you when I said that, since it doesn't concern you. Of course you don't get what the fuck it means, but Jack should, which is why I quoted him. If he can't remember what I'm talking about, then all hope is lost. Now back to the great war.
