It's hard to remember because it was so long ago, but here's what I remember.

There was one where this guy with hat was stalking these teens through the countryside so he could kill them.

There was one where this brother and sister were fighting some huge evil force and they fell in love and had sex.

One where there was a fascist government and some kids hung out in a sewer and plotted against them.

The only one I could clearly remember was Tank Police because it was episodic, so I watched that a lot.
