I got my possible course list laid out for Summer and Fall semesters. This shit is looking like it is goiing to be serious. Chemistry and Calculus in the summer, followed by Chemistry, Calculus and either Evolution or Physics in the fall. :whee:

Mak, I never knew that chick in your user title started out as a musician, but ever since the first time I saw her I thought she was gorgeous. I had to google her to find out who she was though.

Rocko - I got a D+ last semester in chem which I attribute in large part to my professor. I'm taking the first semester again in the summer and realized that my previous professor no longer works there.

Whenever someone mentions CAGs only artist as ReRo, does anyone else read it as Astro from the Jetsons saying, "Ruh Roh?"
Yeah just keep telling that to yourself. They couldn't even woo Ronaldo...
we will next season, no worries. :)

I like how T-Mobile has another 3G phone, but their 3G coverage is still absolutely atrocious.

I'd hop on the G1 if they had 3G coverage in my area. :/

Guess I'll just stick with that free messaging phone. :p
get the cheaper one
No.
Is it HD or SD? Get the one with the best optics if it's HD.
HD.

I was going to go with the Canon HF11, but for my purposes, I'm wondering if I should just wait and getting something more suited for professional use.

Basically, something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Canon-VIXIA-M...1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1239748410&sr=8-1

versus something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Sony-HDR-FX7-...=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=photo&qid=1239747350&sr=1-1
Or when you wake up on the floor in your underwear, there's some girl in your bed, and your apartment is flooded. :whistle2:\"
I got accepted to grad school :whee:!!!!!!!!!!!
My boy.
Ah fuck this.

I am not positive if this job is a scam or not, but I am just not gonna go in tomorrow. I don't want to be dealing with it if it is, and if it isn't, well I lost out, but oh well.
"I'm going to let some people on the internet lose me a potential $25k/year" - ???
I can't wait for chem in college. Gonna ace that shit.
Chemistry is legit awful.

I'm going to be the senior taking freshman chem, I just know it. :/

Dude, the company name has ZERO references. The more I googled around, it seems obvious that these companies exist all over the place, in different names, but it is all the same company behind it. (Kirby Vacuums.)

It isn't a scam in the sense of charging you money, but the fact that they supposedly come up with ridiculous requirements after you have worked there for a few days, and then when you can't meet them, they won't pay you.

Not to mention the fact that they didn't describe what you would be doing, or what you would be selling, but they just kept talking about all the money you could earn. That is pretty fishy.

The early 90s were pretty sweet. And I can't believe Gravel Pit came out in 2000. Seems like just yesterday.

What the fuck is wrong with me. I just got done shaving and I'm sitting here feeling my face and I'm realizing I missed from my jaw line up on both sides of my face. WTF. I feel like Kramer.
$2,000? What the fuck?

Is this going to be your livelihood or something?
If it was, I would be spending more than that, and I wouldn't even be thinking about an $800 camcorder.
Trying to start your own porno production company princess?
Among another things.

Fishy enough to not check out at all? Alrighty.
Fishy enough to not check out at all? Alrighty.
Well, what do you think?

I am not against going, I mean I already did go in for an interview.

But just going in is an hour each way, and about $20 worth of gas. The more I read into it, the more I think it might be a scam.

Budge: Here's the deal, the scams that I've read about/seen reported on TV, they usually try to drive you out somewhere and have you do door to door or standing on the sidewalk sales. If they ask you to get in a car and go somewhere peace out. Their whole scam is basically to drive you out somewhere so you can't get back to your car without them driving you back.

If it gets sketchy in any other way, just get up and leave. Sometimes they'll threaten you or say they'll call the police or whatever, just pull out your cell phone (you have a cell phone right?) and offer to call the police yourself, they'll let you leave.
I like how "Paper Planes" was released in 2007, but most people, including whoever made that mix, think it was 2008.
I guess that's when it got big. I remember hearing it on the radio for the first time a while after I first heard about it. I thought to myself, "Wow this is a killer song to be on the radio" but it got played out shortly after.
$20 isn't a lot of money.
It is when you are already broke and don't have a job.

Yup. That pretty much sums up what I read. I didn't find this out until after the interview, because they didn't describe enough about the company for me to google it.

That is also why they like to hire young people, AKA 16 year olds.

Exactly.

I just remember, back in July 2007, saying something to the effect of "M.I.A.'s new album leaked," and someone here saying "What's an M.I.A.?"

Well, my haul for my birthday today was 70 bucks from my parents and S2-5 of Stargate SG-1 from my mother at Costco, and 20 of that 70 for S6&7. Gotta love that BOGO from Costco. If it weren't for having to pay the 140 earlier to keep my ex's cable on earlier today (hell, I'm over here more than at my parents, so at least I should contribute something), I would have finished out the series. *grumble grumble*

I get really scared finding out opinions of fellow Americans and their thoughts of our role in Global Society.

Budge, talk to the Better Business Bureau to see about that company.

Bring out the GIMP.

I just downloaded and installed The GIMP and figured it out in 10 seconds. :|

I was hoping to take a backpack trip there when I get a job. It's said to be ashamed to be American while traveling abroad.
