The anniversery sucks, because my friend always wants to play with the Turbo characters as does the computer. Pisses me off since I am a fan of Champion Edition and Turbo
Though Third Strike makes it well worth it alone.

It's somewhat, though not really illegal, but unless you want to pay high prices to import the stuff from Japan, where most of it is only available, then downloading is the only sensible answer. When the anime is licensed, the torrent are supposed to be shut down, so that pretty gets rid of most of the legality. I use bittorrent, though there are others to use, too.
