For the last seven or eight months, 90% of my alcohol intake has been Summit EPA. I usually go through a six-pack a week, plus two to five pints at happy hour.
I don't drink much hard alcohol anymore, but when I do it's usually straight Jager.
I've finally tried Fat Tire a couple times in the last few weeks, and have been disappointed both times (the 20-some ounce bottle is making its way around, and I had it on tap in Chicago last week). I did have an Italian beer that I was certain would taste like gym socks, but I found it surprisingly delicious.
EDIT: It was Peroni. It was on tap at the same bar serving Fat Tire, and I'd never heard of it before. Smelled like a bad white wine, had a mild taste with what I thought to be hints of green apple, and was very crisp. I can't think of any beer to compare it to, but it was refreshing.
There's a microbrewery about a mile from my apartment, and while most of their selection is below average, they do have the best IPA I've ever had in my life. The last time I was there they had a stout brewed with Peace coffee, and that was fairly excellent, as well.
I drink a lot more wine and a lot less beer when it gets colder outside, but I can't even remember the last bottle I've had. I usually stick with shiraz/syrah.
