Redeeming the 48-hour codes as needed is more efficient rather than stacking them one after another. Although you will find that they DO NOT STACK to create consecutive 48-hour periods.
I've never tried but you probably just redeemed a code over another code and the same SINGLE 48-hour period.

That guy would have gotten two surprises the following days after.
1. The codes don't stack, and he would have just gotten 2 days of gold gameplay, instead of the 10 that he stated

Dude he wasted 4 of em and is greedy that is the point. And some of us have friends and only one account so a free trial is just what the doc called for. No use wasted a 1month on a temporary account

Are the 1-month cards still widely available? I thought that MS was phasing those out at retailers.
I guess you can still get 1-month online thru the dashboard for $8 and beginning in 2 weeks the price will be $10.
