Deadwood Complete Series on bluray is $83.99 today. One of, if not, the best tv dramas ever created. Even better than The Wire, Carnivale, or Rome imo.
I love that show calling it a "Complete Series" is, however, ironic.

This rain is crazy. Worse then the tropical storm, albeit a lot less windy. Hopefully less power outageness, but with all this rain soaking the ground I have a feeling trees are going to fall at some point.

All of the places around here that were hard-hit by the hurricane are now waist-deep under water, if not worse.

Best use of leftover potato skins that you didn't eat at the diner? BREAKFAST. Reheat them in the toaster over then put a fried egg on top. Just like homefries with eggs, cheese and bacon.
That....that sounds fucking delicious. I must acquire potatoes at once.
It was epic. I'm a fat kid at heart, afterall.
I'm 2 Pep-o-mint Lifesavers away from finishing a roll in one sitting. That's all the entertainment I've got right now.
oooo, i could go for some spear-o-mint lifesavers. i should've gotten some at dollar general when i ran down for milk earlier.

I can't wait to take Number84 to Physical Therapy...He's been slacking and when he does that, the therapist knows and makes him pay.

Should be entertaining.

Can't wait until today and tomorrow are over. 4 DAY WEEKEND!

Wish I could keep playing dead island but have to go to work in an hour. :(

Have to leave for work in an twenty minutes than 5 mind numbing nights in a row. Going to finally polish off Infamous tonight or tomorrow night and then try Bioshock or Darksiders. Something tells me I should give Demons Souls another time but the :ds: is far more entertaining for RPGs these days. Plus, I don't need more frustration.

Flying to london tonight in business elite. Lie flat seats, great food, and all you can drink. I'm a bwaller.
Damn munch enjoy the flight and London again. Is this more research work?
Yes. Hopefully my last trip for a while. I'll be in london til the 18, then paris til 30.
4 inches of rain since Tuesday and it's still going strong.
We just got over a foot in 24 hours where I live. Thats on top of the rain earlier in the week and the damage from Hurricane Irene last week. Worst flooding since Hurricane Agnes in 1972.

Wow, I thought you were basically getting exactly what I got. I guess not

270,694 minutes until my B-day.

It's crazy though. Got home a little bit ago. Heard that Harrisburg (iirc) had an 8pm curfew in parts with all the flooding going on. Rained hard in/around hanover, but it seems like we got pretty lucky.

We've had similar amounts. Things like 30-foot tall waterfalls have entirely disappeared.
Two minutes until my birffday.
Happy Spirit Journey Formation Anniversary.

Pretzel town?

Pretzel town?
I actually live north of Hanover, but I can get there in about 15 minutes. But my roommate actually works for Snyder's, so anytime I want, I can get a good discount on those pretzel bites. I love the buttermilk ranch ones.

the honey mustard and onion ones are my kryptonite - right after Andy Capp Hot Fries.

Honestly, that doesn't sound all that good. Then again, I said the same thing about the buttermilk ranch ones.

I think I remember seeing a buffalo styled one not too long ago. Want to try that one soon.

They taste like awesome.

The best kind of those pretzel bits is the cheddar. The worst part about them (other than being horribly fattening) is that they stain your finger tips orange.
Happy Birfday, Temp and Mak.
Thanks for remembering. I think you can see my birthday cake from orbit.

EDIT: Hmmmm this is strange - a flock of about a hundred black birds (look smaller than crows) have landed in my front yard and they're just milling around. What are they up to?

I get them all the time...they are eating the worms that have come to the surface from all the rain.

Liar! You're one of them!

I just realized that with all the roads washed out, flooded, blocked, closed, that I have no access to any restaurants or grocery stores. Looks like frozen vegetables, ramen noodles, and bread sandwiches for me for awhile.
The Snyder's Buffalo Pretzel Pieces taste, as Chika mentioned, like awesome.
Buffalo anything is normally awesome. That's the ONE thing I wish Hanover would get as other then West Minster (which is a good 45 minutes from me), there are no Buffalo Wild Wings anywhere within an hour drive.

The cheddar ones are also good. But cheddar anything is usually pretty good.

Those (honey mustard and onion pretzel bits) are disgusting... but I like them on occasion anyway. Hot Fries are the bomb. But messy.
