Think they saved Warrior for last in case they have to cut the mic?

EDIT: I guess not. He went on forever, but it was pretty interesting to hear.

Also, I just realized that Bray Wyatt's character seems to be heavily influenced by Jake Roberts' character. Never put that together until that video package before his acceptance speech.

Had one slight second long pause during a Lawler introduction but, otherwise, PS4 stream was flawless.

Found this interesting:

iTunes recently added 2 new albums to it's store, a bunch of collections of themes by Jimmy Hart. One album is only WCW stuff and the other is older WWF stuff. Most noteworthy is there's a bunch of WCW stuff that has never been released and are now in HQ (you know you wanna listen to Buff Daddy and American Males on your smartphone
Hey now, Buff Daddy was on that crappy WCW CD that came out. Alongside "What Up Mach" and a few other fucking terrible late era WCW themes.

But American Males? Yes, and thank you.

-----

Mr T's speech managed to be the best and worst thing ever. Forget Punk walking out or Montreal, I just want to know if the Kane interruption at the end was planned.

Blasphemous.

For me, it's so cheesy it's good. Plus, it fit with his look at the time.

Carlito was the best last night.  Checking out the divas as they walked by and talking about getting his time cut lol

Jake's speech was so great last night. And not a single damn thing was written down! DDP's introduction for him was just great too, such a great moment for him last night watching his "projects" go in. I actually had to watch Jake's speech again later last night, it was just so raw and real.....one of the all-time greats no doubt about it. Wrestling would be so much more fun if everyone had a mind for the business that worked like that guys.

I did find it fairly interesting that Vince honored a guy who started a wrestling promotion that's still in business. For some reason, I thought that WWC had to be defunct since they were honoring Carlos Colon and his promotion, but nope... It's still active and it looks like Carlito will probably be taking over later this year.

Vince wanted his tape library.

Watching Hall of Fame. Lita's speech is fucking brutal, man. Cure for insomnia.
No kidding, I hope they institute some sort of time limit next year for the speeches. Guys like Razor Ramon and Carlos Colon shouldnt have to cut their speeches short because someone like Lita wants to read her autobiography, complete with props, all night long. And Mr T... I dont even know what that was about. At least you arent watching it live so you can skip past her nonsense.

Sadly I heard he might be done due to the concussion and become an NXT trainer. Always been a fan of the guy.

I work for our local cable company and my buddy in service told me they're getting tons of orders for Wrestlemania tonight on traditional PPV.  Even though Network is cheaper, there's tons of folks out there who are not electronic savy.  When I used to do home service calls when I started out I can't tell you how many were where a customer hit a button on their remote and didn't know how to use the input button to get it back on the right input source.  So those type of people will probably never sign up.

The Lita one did go long indeed, however, she did atleast speak in a language we could understand. Over half of the Colon thing was in Spanish, and the year i took in high school did not allow me to keep up past the random gracias.

The Mr. T's Momma speech was actually pretty good though in all honesty. I am torn on whether the fans were being complimentary or rude with the what chants during it though.

I had a conversation with a dude a few weeks ago who was making pretty good scratch as late as 2011 working for a company who sold VHS tapes (and some DVDs) to people who ordered their porn from paper catalogs in the mail. Not everybody jumps onto technology immediately.

Was my HoF feed all fucked up, or did Razor get like 4 minutes to talk? Given Lita's snoozefest that showed no discernible sense of narrative, flow, or time (kinda like her wrestling, hey-O!), that actually aggravates me more now.

EDIT: Oh, shit. Carlito's opening joke KILLED. YES.

Nope that was it. Razor got no time at all. Lita and Trish had about an hour. Next year they should put the main attractions on first, that way if their speeches run long it is just the Litas and Celebrities speeches that get cut short.

That's unfortunate. How many years now has WWE done this? For as much as WWE micromanages and ultraproduces fifteen billion hours of original programming per week, they let Lita put the goddamned crowd to sleep, yet Razor get 5 minutes. I get that shit happens and life isn't fair, but the huge variance in time is frustrating. Who knows what the story is behind that - but it still feels like their attitude towards the HOF is to "wing it," and then cut speeches short later in the show when one person goes way over time.

Jake and Warrior had good speeches, though.

Yea man, people will pay more just to have stuff the way it has always been. Also Carlito will probably never be brought back after that line he dropped at the HOF.

Layla posted a photo of the set. Looks like fun.

I don't get all the people complaining about Razor's time. Nash said in his speech Hall told him to keep it short, and it looks to me like Hall had exactly time time he wanted. If he wanted to talk longer, he world have.

Same here. I experienced a handful of issues during the Hall of Fame last night but that may have been because I was tanking my connection.
