He misses a few steps in it though.
You need these parts from a Lowe's:
Lowes product numbers for the stuff:
138433- M5-.80 x 10 Screws
138319- 5mm Flat Metal Washers
139065- #10 Flat Nylon Washers
Basically, you remove everything, so you can take the board out of the case. You flip it over and gently pry off the XCLAMP for the Graphics Heatsink. You unscrew the pegs from the graphics heatsink. You then screw the heatsink on with the new bolts and washers. You will probably have to drill out the holes to a 13/64 size because of the pan heads, but it's not really hard -- once it's screwed on, you set it back in the case, connect the DVD drive and the fan. You then power it on with the fan sitting across the dvd drive and the CPU heatsink -- this keeps the CPU cool so that the box will overheat on purpose (like the towel trick, sorta)... you leave it on for 10-15 minutes, then turn it off and wait for awhile for it to cool. Test it, and if it works, reassemble the box.
This video is also helpful, it shows some of the parts of the attaching the heatsink the first video doesn't:
