I can't tell using Steam's information, does the Borderlands 2 Season Pass include all the downloadable content currently available? Or is there some newer stuff that isn't part of it?

It does not. The Season Pass includes the 4 main DLC Packs (as in Tina, Captain Scarlet, etc). It does not contain the Mecromancer or the new DLC Character.

I didn't realise so many people missed out on the GMG summer sale a few days ago when it was $13.50 for both BL2 and season pass. That was a really good deal.

Edit: Dark Souls yay!!! Now I no longer feel bad about missing out on it from Amazon Summer Sale :)

I know some people who wont buy from GMG. I don't know why, I don't know if they don't trust it or what. Personally I love GMG because it puts pressure on Valve and Amazon.

Well I am off for the night. Weekend is going to suck being away from the computer to check the thread after 5 pm tomorrow (well I will periodically check it but not as frequent), but oh I will be watching those sales.

lol yeah, not many people have Mars War Logs so the prices keep going up and down. I sold my first card for $2 before fees when the market was lagging, but got lucky with that one.
