A lot of people got in while the cards were still in beta and worth more. I've made $30 so far (part of that was a foil drop) and I know others here have made in excess of $50. But I'm not sure you'll be seeing those numbers these days without selling a lot of cards since the value of them has been tumbling.

And Sniper Ghost Warrior is also 85% off, or $1.19.

Is the first Just Cause worth it? I already own the 2nd, but it's backlogged.

A lot of us have 90% off coupons for Sniper: Ghost Warrior -- it's a shame it won't stack with this deal! Not a bad price for those without the coupon, though.

Also, these card prices are plummeting. The cards for Civ 5 are trading at under $.20 each... this isn't an indie game that everyone has! I'm wondering if it's a better idea just to hold on to my cards and see if prices rise.

There was a tidy profit to be made if you sold your entire stockpile in the first few hours

I got rid of a couple for ~£1, a few more ~70p, and the last couple at ~50p. Price looks to be 25-30p a card now? I'm happy.

We're only excited by how much other people (non-CAGs) are paying for them; they are incredibly useless, but someone mentioned yesterday that they sold a Summer Sale foil for $50. That makes me excited about them, but in less of an "I want to collect them" and more of a "holy shit, I don't have to spend out of my own pocket during the sale" sort of way.

Hmm, considering grabbing XCOM dlc.. Blood Dragon is kinda tempting at $6.75... but I don't normally pickup stuff at 55% off... but still...

I don't even know why the thought of FC3 is even entering my mind at $25 (40% off)... I blame conditioning by shitty steam summer sale.

When that add cards to a game that previously didn't have them, do you have to update the game or redownload it to get cards?
 
Hmmm, Surgeon Simulator needs to be 75% off so I will wait on it.  Tempted on Sniper 2, but haven't even played 1 yet, so I'll pass.  I think we got #1 for $1?  So this one will likely hit that price, right?
