Actually, I was just about to report on this (can't believe we're the first!); I was going to say something like, "Fantastic deal on Mass Effect, good deal on Mass Effect 2; "Digital Deluxe" version remains a horrendous rip-off."
I guess I just don't get the value of a "digital" art book and whatnot. That kind of crap should be free with the game already. Maybe if they were gonna send it to you in physical form, yeah, but they ain't.
Just my cheap ass opinion.

I bought the regular ME2, tho, and already got the first for like $7 at one point or another. I think this is the cheapest it's ever been and probably this is the cheapest ME2 will be til Christmas.
Whee! Coffee and deals. I still want Blood Bowl, though, darn it.
I don't think you're the only one. A digital artbook should be free. I grabbed the digital artbook of Bioshock on Bioshock's official site. That's where that "deluxe" piece of the game should be.
As for ME2 in general for anybody wondering if it's a good game, get it! A truly epic story with consequences towards your actions (which you saw extensively if you played through the first/kept your save), makes it a single player game that motivates you for multiple playthroughs.
I just installed my pre-purchase of Magic the Gathering. I played a few games in Campaign and decided to try out online. Wow the entire game I didn't know I was broadcasting to everyone until someone said hey whoever is talking you have a lot of feedback. Apparently there is a setting in Steam and it was set under play voice when you hear it. Crap
