The more I think about it.. I'm realizing that Zack Ryder's youtube/twitter campaign is kayfabe as shit and they're exploiting the viral abilities of the internet to generate interest in him and the product. That certainly explains them taking away signs cause they knew people would talk about it and show up with more of them.

Wait, was I supposed to believe it was real and that he was just a disgruntled wwe guy? :whistle2:k
Myke's theory is correct.. Tyler Reks to Raw
I swear to fuck fuck fucking fuck I CAN'T EVEN STAY CALM
fuck REKS WHO EVEN LIKES YOU YOU CAN'T EVEN OUTDRAW MATT GOD DAMNED HARDY

Three more picks left. I think if Ryder is last, I'll believe xilly's theory that Zack's Internet presence is complete kayfabe

How many more are we doing? The roster really isn't that big right now, so maybe it would've been easier to just announce who *isn't* moving.

Oh, and Riley to Smackdown? Mistake. I'd even go so far as to say that he could be released soon, since the only thing keeping him employed was the Miz connection. Remember, kids, that if you're going to drink and drive, be part of a high profile program at the time!

WWE creative doesn't have the ability to think more than 3 weeks ahead of time at best. If someone wants to believe that the WWE set out 3 months ago with intention of using poorly-made Youtube videos to get Zack Ryder over as a huge star then that person can go shit in their hat.

Yeah, so basically half the roster is moving. Whatever.

Oh, and looking at the WWE website, the headline for Reks moving is seriously 'Reks in Effect on Raw'. THAT'S A REAL THING. I almost can't even comprehend that.

Tyler Reks will wrestle one, maybe two matches (I bet against Rey or Santino) and will be released by June.

Hoping Kong goes to Raw. She'll demolish Kelly (there's your blond doll), run through Eve (there's the brunette), and feud with Beth Phoenix.

I don't think WWE creative had anything to do with it. I'd wager Ryder asked Edge, who asked Trips, and Trips told him to run with it. The kicker is, they'll use Ryder's "work" to get him popular amongst internet fans (ie: everyone in ROH) and people will watch just to see if WWE punishes Ryder for being such a rebel. It's a pretty smart move if you think about it, and I think Ryder knows exactly what he's doing. WWWYKI.

Say Del Rio wins the belt at the ppv this Sunday. That means that Raw will have the WWE Championship and the WHC while SD has the IC and US titles. Can they make it any more obvious which show is considered the B show.

If you're saying that the WWE is putting out these rumor mill stories to mess with the IWC and maybe even bolster support for Ryder, then yeah, I can believe that.

But I still believe the genesis of this all was Ryder's own doing and WWE is jumping on the bandwagon like everyone else (or not).

what's the best wrestling dvd on netflix? I was always a Lita fan but there doesn't seem to be anything of hers on there...

"You know, I'm going to keep calling Brodus Clay "Jumbo Flapjack" until someone here gets the reference."

This got me thinking.

New tag team on Smackdown. Make it happen.

^You probably already know this, but Scorpion and Jumbo were a real team in Muscle Bomber Duo called The Silent Assassins. Which...I don't know how great a ninja Jumbo Flapjack would make.

Lita's DVD is a WWF release, which is so old that it's no longer on there. As for the best DVD on there, see if there are any 3-disc WWE sets still on there, or some really good TNA stuff. ROH's national releases are also available for rental, so definitely give those a shot.

That was, no kidding, my second thought for a sarcastic headline. But I didn't think WWE would be awful enough to have gone to a shitty early 1990's pop act to draw a pun.

Kinda miffed I didn't type that one up ahead of time. Would have made my post that much funnier. Oh well.

All he wants to do is a ah mah zoom zoom zoom and ah boom boom?

He’s big, strong and has his own distinctive look.

That's the best they could come up with to describe Tyler Reks.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Also, Ryder getting snubbed is intentional. Look at how awful the fucking promotion is - some of you *really* think that WWE intentionally are using such brilliantly covert means of pushing someone?

You're outta your fuckin' minds.

At least Ryder seems to have a sense of humor, and can laugh at himself. He can laugh all the way to the unemployment line.

Jumpin' Jesus on a pogo stick, I got out of the action figure entertainer replica game when the gettin' was good. $15 for one figure can go die in a fuckin' fire. I remember when $9.99 for some of the limited edition Jakks figures was quite unreasonable.

Liquidated all the figures I did have, however I still own a complete set of the original San Francisco Toy Makers line of ECW figures. Even the box of accessories that was the biggest waste of bloody money in the series.

Even still have one of these in the box: http://cgi.ebay.com/ROB-VAN-DAM-SAB...679?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item255dfa21bf

I saw that Stone Cold video on Fark. One of the comments on that item over there had me rolling.

BAWH GAWD KING!

STONE ROLLED!

STONE ROLLED!

STONE ROLLED!

God that ring/weapons set just don't look right at all. I still want one though.

Jericho went home tonight on Dancing With The Stars.

I saw a Terry Funk and a Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka WWE Legends figure on sale at Big Lots for $10 each. Would have jumped on Funk(or a Zack Ryder figure), but not at that price.

This is officially never leaving my iPod. I will drive my 99 Ford Taurus with this blasting whilst excessively honking the horn.

Seamus went in the jobber draft? I mean, sure, Danielson, he was a world champ in a wrestling promotion. but Seamus?

On top of that, Raw got McIntyre, lost Danielson and Riley.

Ugh.

It's just adorable how much some are so involved in the draft lottery.
1. We just lost ROH on HDNET.
2. I've tried to watch Smackdown several times in the last 12 years. It just doesn't click.
3. TNA has an awesome roster (on paper), but if WWE's writers have ADD, then TNA's writers are taking crystal meth, while freebasing coke that's been cut with D-con roach killer every now and then.

So by process of elimination, RAW's all I have. Unless you count Pro Wrestling Ohio... which I assure you, I do not. So yeah, the draft tends to directly affect my enjoyment of the last remnants of something I've loved to watch for 30 years.

My condolences. Seriously. 6 hours of wrestling on TV every week and we're lucky to get a combined total of 30 minutes of good television.

Here's some more news to add to the draft nonsense:

It was reported yesterday that WWE officials discussed moving The Undertaker to RAW to make up for a top babyface character being transferred to SmackDown! during the 2011 WWE Draft.

While the draft came and went without "The Deadman" changing brands, company sources indicate he'll join RAW upon his return to television.

What's the point? He can't work a heavy schedule and when he does work, he can't put on that good of a match because of his injury.

I'm expecting Jericho to return asap (within the next few weeks). He was eliminated on DWTS tonight and he did an interview earlier this month that said he'd be back when his run on DWTS was over. It'd make more sense for him to head to SD, but he'll probably be on the Raw brand.

Only because the brands exist in name. Del Rio has been on both shows for how many months now? Let alone how many weeks before the WWE starts doing the same with Orton?

Yep... I can't take the "draft" seriously since the separation of the brands means nothing.
So what exactly is UT's injury? Shoulder-related?
Indeed, it is. When he had the surgery back in November, the doctors said the damage was about triple of what they expected. He was told that because he waited so long to have the surgery done, his shoulder is now permanently damaged, and he'll never regain full strength in it for the rest of his life. Currently, his shoulder is probably what's keeping him from being in the ring right now, but I have no doubt that he's only got one more year left in him, if that.

Great promo by Mark Henry that nobody got to see due to it being online-only, and Mark using the words "wrestling" and "wrestler."
