I'm back! That's too bad there were some really great games that he made in the 90's, I have a few of the DOS games and was going to ask if you ever tried maniac mansion deluxe. It was a graphically updated version of the original game made by a fan, I don't know if it's still available online but it was free to download at the time so I can send you a copy.

It runs on my Vista PC just fine, I usually use DOSBox for older games but I don't remember if I needed to use it for maniac mansion deluxe.

I used to play it on my 600mhz pentium 3 with windows 98 so I don't think that it would lock up. The great thing about older games is that they have extremely low system requirements ;)

It wasn't bad at the time, that was three computers ago for me:lol:. I'm actually getting close to needing another PC again since I want USB 3.0 and an i7 processor. My current Graphics card choice was limited by my pitifully underpowered Dell supplied PSU so my next PC is going to be powered by a 750 Watt unit from XFX.

Sorry, I forgot and slipped into techspeak :lol: Basically I need more power to run a better graphics card so that I can play the newer games.

on a side note, i picked up dj hero on sale at gamestop today and its very fun. quite a different take on the music game genre
