ok after that there is a defective product speech this is typed right from the gamecrazy reciept:
"If a new product is defective you may exchange it for the identical item. Store credit will be issued if the item is not in stock. After 7 days refer to the manufacturer's warrenty. We will replace a defective used product within 90 days with proof of purchase. If the identical item is not in stock, we will issue store credit. We will not replace or provide store credit for products damaged by misuse or abuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow use and care instructions."
Sounds like gamecrazy is a bit confused about their own return policy, as first they say all used product sales are final, then they say they take it back within 90 days if you have a reciept, but only if it doesnt have signs of normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse or if you didnt follow the care instructions...
I would take this as YMMV on returns of used items, since in one section it says you can return them, and one section it says you can't, this could definitly cause problems if you run across one of those irate employees who isnt familiar with store policy or someone who just doesnt want to take your return for whatever reason.[/QUOTE]
I've returned used games that don't work with no problem. If they don't have another one, they just credit my account.
