mint w/ original box and documents (has three stickers on it, and no damage, the stickers are 8 bit Link from LoZ, and 16 bit Ness from Earthbound, they are above each speaker and centered nicely, one on the back of the unit along the side with the slot for the stylus is 8 bit samus), no damage to screens or cosmetic wise, game is not included)
