Almost time for bed. Thanks to all who bidded today. I hope to add more items tomorrow night ^_^ The beauty of the automated system is I can add items any time, and have them end any time so there's nothing to say I can't add items Friday night and have them last 8 days till the end of next week's sale :) I hope to have the sale go on continuously rather than having a real end. bytemap, no we do not support "proxy bidding" (the thing that eBay uses where it only increments up to your current bid). The reason is twofold, but I mainly am not a fan of the system myself. I like people to know exactly what they're bidding, and it encourages more back-and-forth bidding in the spirit of the traditional lowballs. I'm sure I could figure out how to program proxy bidding, but for now I am going to stay away from it.

I still have many, many DS games (boxes full of them actually). I'd Goozex them too if there weren't so many other people ahead of me for many of the older titles. They're worth more but selling them each on eBay takes a lot of time. The Lowball route is good for most games :) Thanks again!

Friendly reminder. Auction ends tonight. Many games are ridiculously cheap (as in Goomba is going to lose 90% of his original value on some of them), so be sure to bid if there's something you want. Very affordable even by CAG standards. Thanks guys!
 
Style_Unseen, thanks for trying it out. It's not 100% perfect yet, but it's getting there slowly but surely. Each week I've been adding in improvements and new features which are leading up to the eventual upgrade that lets you the people add in your own items :) I'm nearly there and just am putting the final touches on it. Okay slidecage, I'm glad you asked. Now that all the auctions are officially ended (notice that the site no longer lets you bid ^_^), you can send payment anytime you like. All the shipping info is on the site, so yes your calculations are right.

I will be posting all the final winning bids sometime tomorrow night hopefully (I haven't yet created a script that will produce CAG forum compatible text to show who the winners were, but I'm working on one so I can copy and paste it in here).

and yes I believe it is Burning Earth :) I will have to double check, but I'm 99% sure. If it's not then I won't hold you responsible for the bid. I'll let you know!

Ummm... so how is putting items on ebay considered a "lowball" auction? Also how is this more convenient that we have to register for another site just to bid? Not sure I like this 2.0 system.

Purkyeynator, you got it wrong :) The lowball auction already ended which is why the eBay items are the only ones showing up. The actual lowball is the same lowball system we all know and love, but once the individual items end then that's it. I will have more items next week, but there are none showing up this week because I'm going to Canada for 4-5 days.

style_unseen, don't feel bad we're going to have weekly Lowball auctions from now on (this week is the one exception) so keep an eye out ^_^ Thanks!
