WALL-E is indeed an AMAZING movie: Say what!?!? I thought it was for 3 year olds!?!?
I'll pass for now, looks like a rental for me, plus I don't want to deal with small children in theaters.
I saw a 7pm show and it was all adults in the theater. In fact, I saw it in San Francisco and half the crowd was gay. It's because of the gay marraige thing and the fact that this week is Gay Pride Parade.

There were a good amount of crotchfruit at my 12:30 PM show. I had to shush them a couple times, but it wasn't a huge issue since the parents generally told them to STFU once I shushed 'em. The thing is though this is definitely a movie for the older crowd. Younger kids, and hell probably most kids under the double digits won't really understand the darn thing.

1. Monster's Inc
2. Toy Story
3. Bug's Life
4. Finding Nemo
5. Toy Story 2
6. Cars
7. Ratatouille
8. The Incredibles

The Incredibles sucked.

1. Ratatouille
2. Toy Story
3. Monster's Inc
4. Toy Story 2
5. Finding Nemo
6. Bug's Life
7. The Incredibles
8. Cars

7 is way worse than 6, and 8 is waaaaaay worse than 7. All of the others are pretty close.

Cars is complete trash.

I'll be seeing Wall-E tomorrow.

Incredibles and Wall-E are probably my favorites. Finding Nemo and Ratatouille are close behind them. Monsters Inc is great, Cars was lame, I haven't seen Toy Story since it came out, and I never saw A Bug's Life or Toy Story 2.

Saw it today (I'm a sucker for Pixar movies), and it's probably one of the best movies I've seen in a while. The message of the movie worked well, unlike Happy Feet where the message was abruptly forced. There are just so many things that will at least make you smile. And the short was probably the best out of all of Pixar's shorts.

My list looks something like this... but everything except for the last 2 can probably be shifted into any order and I would still be happy with it.

1. Toy Story
2. Wall-E
3. Ratatouille
4. Toy Story 2
5. Monstes, Inc.
6. The Incredibles
7. Finding Nemo
8. Cars
9. A Bug's Life

I saw it today, and loved it. I was really excited to see it, so I convinced my fiance to go with me. I liked the cynical humor and all of the robot characters were really funny.

Unfortunately, since parents don't parent anymore, the theatre had baby's crying and kids running down the aisles, falling, then crying, and much much more. Really pissed me off, but I'll just buy it on Blu-ray and enjoy it more from home.

Wow, this movie sucked worse than the preview of Beverly Hills Chihuahua (well, not really, but it's close)

Not funny, boring at times, and the fucking story was terrible. What was to like?

Wannabe Walmart takes over the world and humans turn fat and can't walk.
Amazing story.

Toy Story > Toy Story 2 > Finding Nemo > rest of Pixar movies > shit > Wall-E > Cars

I didn't mean to compare it to videogames, it's jsut that it had that feel to it. PIXAR's other films looked very different in a way i can't explain. It's like comparing MGS4 to WALL-E is possible, where it really isn't in any of their other movies (with the exception of Ratatouille).

As for the short, hysterical. Even thoughout the movie, i found myself laughing (sometimes the only one).

Very true. It's a fairly complicated story, and i couldn't help but wonder wtf the kids were thinking as they watched. They couldn't possibly understand it.

I can't help but what wonder what everyone is talking about when mentioning its "complicated" story. You don't need to be in the double-digits to understand the story, or even to grasp the limited social commentary touched upon throughout the movie but which isn't developed in any depth. It isn't "The Grand Inquisitor" folks...

Overall it was a decent movie, but far from the masterpiece people are hailing it as. For those who haven't seen it I would suggest waiting to rent it and you'll be glad you saved the money.

DON'T. LISTEN.

You have no soul

I actually just got back from Wall-E and it was GREAT! I was surprised to see that it was a more sophisticated Science Fiction film than 90% of the SciFi movies out there. The story was so well layered and thought provoking, and the characters were much deeper than you'd expect. Why would anyone see Wanted over this?
i have to admit that i almost cried towards the end (yes i get very sensitive sometimes; nothing wrong with that, hopefully).
This.

fuck THE HATERS

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. I like anything Pixar but this movie hit the spot. If people tried and stop being critics for one day and stop nit picking the fucking movie, than they can enjoy the story and actually feel for the characters and their situation...whatever im going in to deep. This was another grerat job by Pixar Nuff said!

I saw the preview for this when I went to see the new Indy film (definitely could have been better), and it looked amazing. With all the praise over on RT and in here, I'm guess I'm going to have to suck it up and pay the $9 to see it. Girlfriend thinks I'm crazy for wanting to see a movie about a robot. Guess I'm going alone (

I saw this last night and I really enjoyed it I tried to find any cameo from past pixar films like people were talking about and I only found the
dinosaur
from toys story when wall-e goes into his home for the first time somewhere on the shelf I forgot where sorry I think the right..

I liked the story, characters, music, and pretty much everything I liked the ending it made me cry a little and I liked the credits.

I just came back from seeing this movie.

Despite a woman wearing a heavy amount of perfume to my left and a dad and his daughter that kept on talking during the first 40 minutes of the movie, I found this movie to be quite enjoyable, and yes there were a few teary moments. This was a really good movie and recommend it! Can't wait til the BR Release.
If i go watch this with a couple of friends, they won't get angry at me right?
Better go with chicks..btw I'd bring tissues if I were you.
I loved it. My favorite Pixar movie, though I've yet to see The Incredibles.

Surprisingly The Incredibles was really good. Didn't see it until a few months ago.

I need to buy a BR player soon... I am missing out viewing some of this great animation in HD.

PS3 FTW. Just pull the trigger

I am tempted to put this on our wedding registry, but I seriously doubt friends/family are going to buy this for us.

I took my 3-year old niece to watch this today and she really liked the
magician and the rabbit
short in the beginning. Kept asking when we're going to see more of "the bunny" during the film. Otherwise, I think that she liked it.

As for me, I'm not a big fan of Pixar or Dreamworks or whoeverthehell does all of these CGI flicks. I liked the beginning of the film, but as soon as
Wall E heads into space,
the film takes a nose dive. As for the
fat fucks at the end, I was hoping that those disgusting slobs all died horrible deaths.

So, yea on the first half, nay on the second.

I will say I have a very difficult time deciding if Wall-E is better than Incredibles. Right now I'm leaning toward yes, but Incredibles is an excellent movie.

Wall-E's vision is more grand and epic and funnier, but Incredibles has a deep amount of charm stemming from the satire and more-serious-than-usual-Pixar-motif flair.

Both are great choices.

Wall-E was fucking amazing. Towers over the great majority of movies I've seen in the last few years. I don't know how Pixar can top themselves, but I can safely say that Cars 2 won't cut the mustard no more.

I saw it yesterday, and it was phenomenal.
Definitely one of my favorite Pixar movies.

I'm almost positive I've seen all the Pixar movies, maybe excluding Cars, but I've still seen bits and pieces of that one.

I'll probably watch The Incredibles sometime this week. I can't imagine it could top Wall-E, though. I never thought I could enjoy an animated film as much as I did this one.

Definitely towers over Ratatouille and Cars.
I think I've seen all the Pixar movies except Cars and Monsters Inc. I've heard Monsters Inc. is good however...
monsters inc. is probably the funniest pixar movie. i saw it again a few days ago and it made me  at a couple spots

After coming back from a bathroom break, there was a lady on her cellphone infuriated that the movie was shoving "propaganda" down peoples throats.

Pixar did an incredibly risky move. Americans don't like being told how ignorant and fat they are.
need ........to....buy......Wall-E...and..........EVE ...TOYS!!
Aren't they like $190 each?

They'll point out that the two humans who "saw the light of salvation" had their suits turned to red, instantly meaning that conservative Republican values are the way and completely up ins Pixar.

Remember, these are the people who saw the gay agenda present in Happy Feet.

Lewis Black> HOW homophobic do you have to be to have PENGUIN GAYDAR????
