**From all of the comments we've gathered so far, it's best to assume bundle/value pack games could potentially be shipped from Redbox or Family Video (Preowned Discs). Just something to remember when we see promotion like this**

Thanks coolduck (awesome ID haha). Are the discs in pretty good condition, and are the games resealed or anything? Just wondering how that could impact a return if there are any issues.

used games get resealed before they get shipped out

ive never had to return but i suppose that a gamestop-esque refund is off the table if you open the game.

Thanks for Just Dance 2017 for the Switch, Walmart has really stepped up their game on pre-owned. Where do they get all their inventory? I highly doubt they were traded in to Walmart.

All of the games were available when I made that post. There is no rhyme or reason when games are back in stock. I randomly check once a week for games (to add to my every growing backlog). The "Get In-Stock Alert" never worked for me but I am sure others had better luck. While I am debating if i should get a game or not, I post here if i find any "new" in-stock games.

None of the links work, but searching on WM I found Nier. Bought it. Anyone have any experience with used WM games want to give me their experience in terms of condition and if they come with the case/artwork?

 
Walmarts used games look better than most of the games Gamestop passes off as new. They are complete with case and cover and the disc's look brand new. In fact, because of the condition and given that they are shrink wrapped, several people have mistakenly thought they received new games.
 
Not always. I bought a used copy of Stick of Truth that came in a generic white case, disc only from Walmart.

I've bought over 50 used games from them over the last few years (all online if that makes a difference) and haven't received anything that didn't look mint and wasn't complete. Given my experiences and those others have posted, I think your experience might be an exception rather than the norm.

Same here, I've bought same or more and all of them looked great, no scratches and all are complete.

sorry, I was in a rush and copied the links i posted earlier. i fixed links. All pre-owned games i received from walmart were in great condition and came with the artwork.

 
I have a number of online orders for store pickup at Walmart that are currently in process, so none are at the store yet. I rather make as few trips as possible so does anyone know how long wm holds online pickup orders?

I think it’s 5 days but it will say on your pickup email.
 
It's 7 days, unless it changed. And depending on your local store/employees, sometimes if you're a couple days late, they may not have removed it from the case yet. Your transaction would have been cancelled, but a friendly/helpful employee can just sell it to you again at the original price. I wouldn't count on that obviously. So yeah, one week.

And disclaimer: I haven't done the above. I was like two weeks late one time, had just completely spaced/gotten distracted by life, and went there hoping against hope. Totally struck out, but an employee told me all that and had started walking over to the case when I told her how old it was and she laughed and said, "sorry, it's probably 200 miles away by now" and turned back. So I'm inclined to believe her, but mine is also a small, rural store that probably doesn't get that many online orders and I may have just gotten a particularly nice employee.
