For me it is Bionic Woman from NBC. I saw the previews the other day and it looks really cool to me. I actually don't watch much TV anymore (other than sports and WWE), but that really caught my eye.
Bionic Women NBC (In the style of another superpowered human is interesting)
Journeyman NBC (I like shows about time travel and this looks decent)
Chuck NBC (Silly show because I like to laugh every once in a while)
New Amesterdam FOX (Another show that is the vain of Highlander so I'm interested. What I mean by Highlander its a show where the main character has lived many lives because of not being able to die)
Cane CBS (Wondering if a major minority cast will hold up on the eye network)
Cavemen ABC (Just want to see how long this joke will last as a series)
K-Ville FOX (Another cop show in the vain of New York Undercover on Fox but set in New Orleans should be decent)
Back to You FOX (Kelsey Grammer is like gold when it comes to comedy on TV and I will watch it)
Life NBC (Another Cop show but we will see how this one is different)
As you can tell I like to watch TV in my spare time when I'm not playing my video games or on the internet.
I think I am going to just stick to Office, Heroes and 24 this year. If anything succeeds I'll watch it next year, since I now I am going to be too busy for TV.
I'm actually really looking forward to Chuck. Looks like it could turn out to be quite amusing. I'm more looking forward to getting the Office back. Entourage is pretty much finished and I'm in the need for some new TV.
I'll maybe give Bionic Woman a chance, maybe. Doesn't seem like much interesting this Fall, looks like a lot of crap.. Cavemen anyone?
none. all of the new shows sound and look like shit. predictable boring shit. im mostly looking foward to returning shows. the office, my name is earl, maybe scrubs and especially Avatar.
"Reaper" is a great show, but it's on The CW, so no one will watch it.
I have watched the pilot of BW, well most of it, it's surprisingly bad. David Eick from BSG is the creator and it's no where close to BSG standards.
The Terminator show is the best show of the year, but Fox is already treating it like shit by having it primere midseason and not after the Super Bowl. If it lasts on Fox I'll be amazed, I wish it was on Showtime.
I wasn't really that interested in Bionic Woman until I saw one of the writers from Battlestar Galactica will be writing for Bionic Woman. Now I'm definetly gonna give it a shot.
Aside from the old stuff, Chuck and Bionic Woman look pretty good.
I also watched the pilot for the Sarah Connor Chronicles the other day, which was pretty good. It got my really excited about the series, and I think I might rent Terminator again as a refresher.
Duh, it's based on a series of terrible commericals.
Pushing Daisies has no chance of living past 13 episodes. It is a mix of Dead Like Me and CSI or some other copish show. Yet the ads that ABC are playing make it look like some Dr. Seuss series.
Pushing Daisies is HUGELY overrated. I feel like I'm watching a chlidren's book. Plus if you are gonig to make a 60 seconds rule you must follow it completely.
I will try to give most of the new ones at least one watch threw...none of them are really getting my attention so far...but neither did any of the shows from last year, and hereos and friday night lights were both excellent series
Besides the shows already mentioned I'm going to give "Moonlight" a try because vampires kick ass.
When I read the description of that show the first thing I thought was "Angel ripoff".
Same thing happened when I read the Journeyman description, it sounds like a rip off of Quantum Leap.
Survivor: China. They were on too long of a stretch of seasons set on generic tropical islands. The Australia and Africa ones were great seasons. Every other season is hard to tell apart because they tried to return to the original Survivor feel.
Shows I'll be giving a chance to:
Chuck, Bionic Woman, Journeyman, Cavemen (I'll be very surprised if I watch it twice, but will give it a chance), Kid Nation (same boat as Cavemen), Back To You (hopefully it will be better than all the other FOX live action sitcoms)
Foaming at the mouth to see:
Heroes, Jericho, The Office, Scrubs, 30 Rock, My Name is Earl, Everybody Hates Chris, Family Guy and American Dad
The ones that look like they may be interesting are K-Ville, Kid Nation, Chuck, Reaper, Carpoolers, Cavemen, Pushing Daisies, Dr. Steve-O, and Viva Laughlin, although as I've learned from previous years, I'll probably end up only liking maybe 3 of them and only really liking one.
Good, at least they're pulling the rug out from under me ahead of schedule.
I think they realized that most of their shows will fail so when they do they will have a new show for 2 weeks, that fails, another new show and so on.
But hey, we'll get 30 years of American Idol.
Soon it'll be on five times a week!
Good news...
The American Idol concerts are doing really badly! No one wants to see Sangaya's hair! Plus Simon is leaving in a few years so hopefully Fox will cancel it. Also in recent years they have cut back because they have Bones and House they have to fit in somewhere.

Just the office and scrubs. Wanna give Heroes at try but still need to watch season 1 so I will prolly be picking that up on DVD after Halo 3 comes out.
i was excited about heros but damn if it isnt annoying as now. everywhere you look theyre pimping it or advertising it to the point of overkill. its that whole reverse popularity thing. when the show was just on to be on and the network didnt expect anything from it it was that new show that had all the buzz growing now that they know its a hit theyre pushing it like candy at a fat camp.
i hate when shit crosses over like that then its too known to be unknown and now to keep their popularity going i expect the story will lean more towards popular thinking and entertainment.
and yeah im gonna get laughed at bigtime for admitting this but 2 other shows im looking foward 2 are instant star and degrassi.
