What was the last CD you bought? - The Sequel
It's more than fucking good. Blows their first EP out of the water in terms of speed and melody.
Aghhhh... Need. Also, how do you feel about Gridlink? I like them as well, but not as much as HD. I just love how Hayaino Daisuki is fast, insane, but also has a lot of really great melody as well.
Blur - 13
Casiotone for the Painfully Alone - Answering Machine Music
Casiotone for the Painfully Alone - Pocket Symphonies for Lonesome Subway Cars
David Bowie - Black Tie / White Noise
Momus - The Little Red Songbook
Nico - Chelsea Girl
Philip Glass - Portrait

Bought two CDs I already owned as well, ugh. Forgot to take my phone which would have allowed me to look up my online library. Time to give them away.
Does that Momus CD have this song?

Guess not... I just read the description on the video.. Oh well! Any time is a great time for Your Fat Friend.

Last CD I bought? Picked up Catharsis - Passion a couple days ago. Wonderful.

Gridlink is ok. They just don't end up striking me as much as HD or DA.

I had Andrew W.K - Close Calls With Brick Walls/Mother Of Mankind on preorder until it was delayed for a month  Now I'll wait for it to hit the $10 mark.
Fantastic choices. I miss Raymond Watts.
Thanks!

What happened to him anyways? Last I heard was he was suppose to have some new music out in 2009, but nothing that I've heard from him in the past year. Plus listening to The Swining makes me wish I had gotten one of those "Find It. fuck It. Forget it." shirts.

I was hoping Best Buy would have the new Frightened Rabbit CD that came out yesterday, The Winter of Mixed Drinks. It isn't sold in-store, so I had to order it online. By waiting until release day, though, I got it for $7.99 instead of $13.99.

I have one of those shirts! It's a long sleeve, too. I've also got a "Lust for Lard" tee , one that says "If You Live in a Whorehouse You're Gonna Get fucked", and another one that just says "Sinsation" in bloody text. I used to be a pretty big fan, obviously. ;)

I haven't heard any new PIG info in years, unfortunately. I know that Anna Wildsmith has a new CD coming out soon under the SOW moniker that she used to use when she recorded with Watts. I'm not sure if he was involved in making the new album, though.

Ah, Raymond Watts heavy album.

I Think Symbols and XTort are probably my two favorite. Though I really like any album that has the Skold and Kapt'n back and forth (Risen, DIY, etc.).
Ministry: The Mind is a Terrible Thing To Taste

Jesus this month I went on a CD binge...
My favorite Ministry album!
My favorite Ministry album!
Before then my favorite one was Rio Grande Blood eventhough it was really just a metal album. Though I do love Thieves so I'm eager to give it a listen tonight.

Any idea how Revolting Cocks is? Been meaning to pick it up since Al is part of the band so curious if worth picking that up now too since Ministry is done...for now.

I've never heard anything by them, but I've been meaning to pick up one of their albums for a while.

Also just bought Plastic Beach. Got the CD/DVD version. New album is growing on me, which is what all of their stuff does really. Love the packaging and artwork for the 2-disc one.

A few days ago I pre-ordered the new Cancer Bats CD: Bears,Mayors,Scraps, and Bones. Also comes with a live DVD and a t-shirt.

Damn I'm loving Plastic Beach the more I listen to it. It's funny... few weeks before it came out I was commenting on how Gorillaz should release a new CD soon... then bam.
