Finally had some extra money for some purchases. It's been too long.

Angels & Airwaves- Love Pt.1 & 2
The first part was out for some time now and they finally released pt 2. Not too many surprises here but I guess that's to be expected as it is simply a continuation of what I heard on pt 1 many months ago. Either way AVA has got to push themselves because if the next album is similar then we would just start to get redundant and boring.

Crystal Castles- Crystal Castles II
I recently (few months ago) got into this band and the last 2 weeks I got absolutely hooked and they have been played 80% of the time I've been listening to music. I adore this album and will be keeping a very close eye on them. Need to see them live that's for sure. This album also sets the bar very high. I don't know how they are going to follow it up. I fear that they might not have many more ideas. Then again just listening to this album and comparing it to their first maybe they are ready to make something truly wonderful.

I Got Otep: Smash the Control Machine after I enjoyed their song (Rise Rebel Resist) in Saints Row the Third and man...I so goddamn regret it. All the lyrics for nearly all the songs sound like some bad poems from a Hot Topic shopper. It really just sounds like a bad nu metal album from the 90's.

If you like classic rock from the early 70's this album is amazing. Two 20 minute long jams which are just awesome. Plus the musicianship is some of the best I heard in years.

I bought the Foster the People album based on friend's recommendations even though I figured they were a one-hit wonder. To my surprise, really fun album. Good songs there.

Found Bal-Sagoth - The Powers Cosmic at SecondSpin. Totally did not know they rereleased these. Picked it up and I love this band even if their lyrics and everything are goofy as hell haha.
