What was the last CD you bought? - The Sequel

Last week, I got:

Tool - 10,000 Days
Anthrax - Stomp 442

And I recieved three of the cheap albums I had ordered on Amazon.com in the mail today:

Anthrax - Sound Of White Noise
Smashing Pumpkins - Gish
Bush - Sixteen Stone

Stomp 442 and Sixteen Stone are replacements of my old copies, each of which skip pretty bad on a couple tracks.

Wow - I'd never replace a CD i paid for once already. Thats what the internet and CD-Rs are for.

Yesterday, I got these:

AC/DC - For Those About To Rock We Salute You
This is my 10'th AC/DC album. :)

Van Halen - For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge
Wow, a Van Hagar album I actually like. Still not as good as anything from the DLR era, though.

Alright, I have to be setting a record with the amount of CDs I've bought this month. Since my last post in the thread (which was on the 11th):

Judas Priest - Sad Wings Of Destiny
Judas Priest - Point Of Entry
Judas Priest - Defenders Of The Faith
Ozzy Osbourne - No More Tears
Rush - Retrospective II (1981-1987)
Scorpions - Blackout
Seether - Karma and Effect
Van Halen - Van Halen II

Yeah, that's probably gonna be it for the rest of the month.

The Raconteurs - Broken Boy Soldiers
Wolfmother - Wolfmother
White Zombie - La Sexorcisto: Devil Music Vol. 1
Godsmack - IV
A Perfect Circle - Mer De Noms
Better late than never.
Yeah I have always just heard both cds from friends and figured it was time to actually own them.

Just picked up
Mad Season-Above. Got to love Layne Staley, what a talent
Icepick-Violent Epiphany
Eagles of Death Metal-Death by Sexy

Scorpions - Lovedrive

Michael Jackson- Thriller (bonus tracks)
Earth wind & fire- Greatest hits
Nappy Roots- Wooden leather
Run Dmc- Greatest Hits
The clash- the essential clash

Latest used CD trip:

The Duke - My Kung Fu is Good (solo album from Rich Ward - lead singer of Stuck Mojo/Sick Speed)

Deep Dish - George is On (great Dance producers)

Red Hot Chili Peppers - Stadium Arcadium
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Blood Sex Sugar Magic

At the end of May:

Jesus Wept-Show's Over
Bloodlined Calligraphy- They Want you Silent

Now I'm trying my best to wait until July 11th to by my next cd's and get...
All the Remains-The Fall of Ideals
Strapping Young Lad-The New Black

I got a few in the last month.

Amon Amarth - Fate of Norns

Nice list.

Today for $10 at Best Buy:

Sikth-Death of a Dead Day

Picked up Paul McCartney's Hard Rain and the original cover version of Aerosmiths Nine Lives for .99 cents at my EB yesterday. The Aerosmith one is worth it alone.

Got my autographed copy of Guster's Ganging Up On The Sun today. I doubt many people here listen to, care about, or have ever heard Guster, but it's definetly their best album yet. The worst song, in my opinion, is ironically the single. The band deserves a hit, but I sure hope it's the next single that's the hit.

I listen to/care about/have heard Guster. :) I'm buying the CD tomorrow and I'm quite pissed over the fact that I have to take a final exam Thursday instead of seeing them in Providence.
Ice Cube - Laugh Now, Cry Later.

Bought it after downloading the album two weeks before release. Totally worth the money.
BUT THE RIAA SAYS THAT DOWNLOADING MP3S MEANS YOU WON'T BUY THE ALBUM! WHAT KIND OF LOGICAL FALLACY DID YOU COMMIT?!

That blows-I couldn't make it to the last time they played in Boulder, and now it seems like its going to be a while till they come back here. Probably only in the fall, but it still seems like a long time. Thankfully Guster tour so heavily.

Just bought it off maplemusic.com because I was getting sick of talking about it all the time and not having it... so...

Neverending White Lights - Act 1: Goodbye Friends of the Heavenly Bodies

Yesterday, I got:

Queen - Greatest Hits

And today, I got:

Led Zeppelin - Presence

For the hell of it, I'll say it's been a classic rock weekend for me.
Ordered:

324 - Rebelgrind
324 - Across The Black Wings
Genghis Tron - Dead Mountain Mouth

I'll hopefully have em in a few days.
I finally got these. Good fucking albums.

EDIT: And because there's no thread for it:

Caustic Christ - S/T 7"
Aus Rotten - Fuck Nazi Sympathy 7"
