i didnt like the army of 2 demo either. took forever to find someone to play with and the game was just so clunky slow. i did like being able to choose a mask design.

Like the free cars for Gran Turismo PSP. When I started up the game they were called "gifts." ;) I'm all about some Alice in Chains in Rock Band.

I got it. It's very busy -- a lot of stuff is going on. It has these upper levels and you're supposed to use your flippers to jump from level to level, as well as plenty of simpler goals on the main level. two upper flippers to try and keep your ball in that area and to jump the ball as well, apparently.. I need to play more. Still, if you can stand how busy and distracting it can be, there's a fair amount of content and the two animated Ninjas look pretty cool. I've bought every Zen DLC table for Zen Pinball and the XBLA pinball game and except for the Haunted Mansion Table, I think they're all worth their small price tag. This one will take a while to fully appreciate, but it's certainly worth $2.50. Also, I don't know when they patched this, but you can now nudge with the sixaxis motion controls. It's not as responsive as the analog stick, but it's more intuitive.
 
If I own Magic Ball and all the updates, do I have to buy Magic Orbz to get the Winter Pack? I though I read somewhere that Magic Orbz is just a renamed Magic Ball. Is that correct? I'll buy the winter pack in a hearbeat, but I'll feel gypped if I have to rebuy the game.

They are one in the same. The most recent patch will rename Magic Ball to Magic Orbz. So, no need to re-buy the game.

How is the game, btw? I'm considering the bundle pack, since its like a $2 savings vs. buying the game and both DLC packs individually.

Although, I only picked up the free ones so far: Afrika and Wipeout...

no they dont but for the heavy rain one it would have been cool to have the sound of rain. btw you know theres a snow dynamic theme that was free too right? i think i got it on the european store.if its not from there then its the japanese store.

There is a holiday theme there, around the 6:20 mark. It's right after the Ratchet & Clank theme that doesn't look the least bit dynamic. I'd be pissed if I had paid for that one.

yeah i noticed it after i saw the whole vieo but the free one i was talking about was the motorstorm one. sucks there arent more free ones out but oh well.

Valkyria Chronicles 2 is up on the JPN PSN Store - ¥5400, I think. Eek. And there's DLC already, though I think it was free.

Couple of PC Engine games went up this week, too. PC Genjin 3 (Bonk 3), and...oh, I can't remember the name of it. It was a terrible "Kung Fu Master" kind of game that I incidentally played when I logged onto the JPN PS2 network several years ago.

EDIT: Ha, it is called "The Kung Fu." That shit should pay you ¥ to play it, it's so bad.
 
That Critter Crunch deal seems tempting but I'm not a fan of puzzle games. And next week is going to be a crazy week for my games so I'll skip it.

I love the music in DJMAX... but I can't play for shit. But if the price is right I'll definitely pick it up to support it.

It's China Warrior in the US, so this game if the PC Engine games DO come to MURICA WILL be one of the first ones. I blame the Turbo Grafx failing in the US on games like this. NEC said they would bring the best of the best, but brought a ton of crap from Japan. Ugh.
