Yeah I agree, one of the most dangerous things you can do while driving...very hard to concentrate.

Really seems like a bad idea considering the backlash over L4D2; What a missed opportunity for some positive PR by giving it away free.
 
Valve giving it away on PC makes it seem like they had no choice on the X360. It wouldn't surprise me to find out MS blocked them from giving it away for free.
 
L4D seemed like such a cool game for a while, but after playing through the campaigns for the 20th time, it loses it's appeal. If valve had released the SDK for custom maps sooner, it would have helped keep it going. Survival mode didn't add much to it either.
 
LucasArts' two-pronged attempt to revitalize their classics with The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition and Tales of Monkey Island appears to be a success. As part of a follow-up interview with LucasArts president Darrel Rodriguez about plans for the months ahead, I asked Rodriguez for thoughts on a return of the company's lauded X-Wing and Tie Fighter flight sim series.

His answer?
