Some notes
  • You cannot currently buy any Xbox 360 content on xbox.com using your account balance, you can only use an active credit card or PayPal. To use your balance, you must make purchases on your console.  Unfortunately, even "purchasing" free content through the web site like trials requires an alternative method of payment tied to your account, though adding an empty MasterCard / Visa gift card that is registered for online purchases will work.  Xbox One games can be purchased on the web site with your account balance.
  • Some sales are intended for Gold subscribers only, as noted within each section.
On Xbox One, Gold trials of any length work for sales and Games with Gold.  You must be an active Gold subscriber (paid or trial) to play Games with Gold purchases.
  • On Xbox 360, you must have at least a 1 month Gold subscription for sales and Games with Gold.  Neither 48 hour trials, 14 day trials nor free weekends qualify.

Anyone buy those Game Pass 1-month codes off ebay before? I'm tempted to get one for $3. I assume they are either from system pack-ins or that Verizon(?) promo a few months ago.

Been trying to use the Edge app (iOS)for double search points this month but can’t seem to get it to work (register my searches).

Anyone using it and working correctly?

 No, not really...

What would you do with one of every piece of gear in the game anyway?
Nothing. That's why I'm not playing it rn. Don't see the point in having faction armor.

It feel F2P in terms of content, and gameplay/loot mechanics actually now that I think more on it. Path of Exile has more content with its updates than D2 did.

Just make sure they aren't for first-time-use only. I think the X1X pack-ins only work if you've never subscribed, but the T-Mobile codes stack.

?

Path of Exile is a D3 clone, not D2.

JK :D

Not all of the Faction armors are winners, but I'm digging a bunch of it and unlocking the ornaments has been a little grindy at times but overall fun. Plus, unlocking the helmet ornaments might actually get enough people together for me to run a bona-fide NightFall!

I can't stay up all night playing f2p games when I have to work in the morning. Thanks though for the very helpful suggestion.
Some youtube video said to plug your controller to the xbox via usb so that the controller doesn't turn off. I tried it with clicker heroes for an hour. The screen dims but the controller doesn't turn off.

I ran into a few problems with the Edge app (Android) at first. Even though I was signed into the app, the searches only counted when I signed into the actual Rewards website. Then opened up a tab, went to Bing, and searched away.

One annoyance I had was clicking on "Mobile Search" when on the Rewards website (normally dumps to Bing on the Bing app), it would take me to a page about downloading Edge on my mobile device. I'm not using an app that's playing an app disguised as another app!

I don't know if it's been mentioned (or if anyone really cares at this point) but all of the Disney Infinity 3.0 Starter packs are $1.98 at Toys R' Us.  I ordered two of the X1 versions and got them free with a $5 rewards coupon.

starting to get hooked on clicker heros again, forgot how much depth this clicking simulator has, prestiges, super prestiges and tons of other shit I dont even really understand

So I racked up 80 Playtime Entries, 10 Registration Entries, 126 Bonus Entries for a total of 216 Entries.

Been mostly Frozen Free Fall (up to lvl 69 now, oooh oohh), Gems of War, some Fallout Shelter & Pinball FX 3 tbh.

Also recently grabbed their Edge app for Android and have found it only works 100% if you go and sign in first, then do searches/browse the web.

I just wish that Destiny 2 counted as F2P.
This...I just finished my New Monarchy Warlock set. The boots took the longest because you have to get Super kill in the EDZ and it is like only 3%-4% per super lol. I wonder who is going to win. I have to say that the ghost for NM is probably the best looking one because it looks normal and not like the fluffly ones haha.

I rather wish we got a cool ship or sparrow or ghost instead of the auto rilfe. We don't need more auto rifles running around out there. :)

I picked up Inside and Limbo for $12 total. Weird thing is you'll probably be over $30. A lot of combinations hit $29.99 (or end in 98 cents or 97 cents) before tax because a number of the games are at a price ending in .99 . If I were at a brick and mortar store I'd just throw in a pack of 25 cent gum. Where's the digital gum?
No promises, but in my experience it does seem to round up to the nearest dollar. With the video promotion last month I rented several $3.99 movies and got credit towards the rent x $4 movies portion. If you’ve already made three $9.99 purchases and don’t have anything else that interests you, you may want to wait the 72-96 hours and see if rewards gives you the credit for it.

Also, there seems to be a delay with the 5 achievements portion of the Doctor mission. I got 5 achievements the same day of purchase but they didn’t post for nearly a week after I earned them. I thought I was out of luck and almost got 5 more but then they suddenly showed up. This was AFTER I purchased my $2 item so that could have accounted for the delay.

a lot of achievements are tracked in game as there is a challenge that has the same objective as the achievement and challenges have a progress bar
I know. I've been playing the game since it came out, but that would be preferable to navigate the huge grid of icons whenever I'd like to see how it's going.

if youve been playing the game since it came out and still dont have every achievement I should probably just give up now
Have you ever played an idle game before? You're not beating this thing anytime soon.

I just need to stay calm in the final 10 more often and get a bit lucky. Me and my duo partner had the house so we were able to wait out most of the game. If anyone threw a grenade in there we would have been screwed. This is my 5th (6th?) chicken dinner and finally got a kill in one. I've gotten second place about 10 or so times so I could imagine how much more I could have gotten if I stayed calm.

Breaking News: the Olympic committee has found traces of sawdust in Captbrannigan’s system so the new winner is Elitewillie
Thanks man. Used it.

On another note, how the hell is anyone going to beat Origins? I have 40 hrs in and have tiny part of the map uncovered. It will take me a damn year to finish this game. It's ridiculous how large the game is.

Same here ... never been able to get the Edge app on Android to register my searches, much less double searches. Checked all settings, made sure I'm logged in, etc. but can't figure out the problem.

Already did my mobile searches for today, but I will try the suggestion above to log in to the rewards website first and then try searching.

I, and the sawdust, vehemently deny any wrongdoing.

Congrats Elitewillie, and thanks Dennis for passing on my declined prize without sharing any incriminating personal details.

My process of retiring the 360 has begun. I’ve been playing Dust: An Elysian Tale. Much deeper than I remember it being. There’s a few spikes in difficulty that will catch you off guard if your not paying attention and the fact you don’t find new gear, you find blueprints to craft new gear are my only gripes. Beautiful art style, smooth controls, and solid metroidvania exploration make for a great experience.

Got my first chicken dinner last night. Was the first night we had a full squad of 4 and we won our 3rd game. The whole squad lived to see the final circle, and I got the final 2 kills. Man this game has got me by the balls! I convinced our 4th to get the game and he NEVER plays shooters, he’s logged more hours in the last week than I have in a month. Crazy fun.

So I wasn't the only one having problems yesterday. Yesterday was the first day I had a problem, but it's worked fine every day before for as long as they've been doing the 20 point promo.

I tried a bunch of things to get it to work including logging out and logging back in. I didn't try uninstalling and reinstalling. I evrntually gave up and just used the Bing app for my mobile portion. I figured half of the points were better than nothing.

According to Ubisoft Club, I put in 88 hours to get 100% completion in the game. Really pleased with how much of an upgrade this game was, and I'm someone that played through and enjoyed pretty much everything else in the series.

So I guess I just take too much time messing around. Lol. I better get a move on but the game is so good.

I just recently finished the game myself, not sure what the exact number of hours I've put into it is, but I know it's over 80. Great game. I had a lot of fun just messing around too, especially with photo mode. Origins is way too pretty to not take advantage of that. I love that more games are including it.

It's not a big deal. I'm sure a lot of people have trouble pronouncing that.

I'd keep the expectations low for the new Kefling game. Some of their comments on their announcement make it sound like some fans are going to be disappointed. It seems most likely that this game is mobile, and if not I think isn't going to be on Xbox.

I guess we'll see Monday.

Lots of signs pointing to some sort of Resident Evil 2 REmake news coming tomorrow.

-The RE Facebook and Twitter both updated their logos with RE2 logo font.

-The dev team that is working on it (Capcom R&D Dev 1), posted a picture featuring a typewriter and RE7 Demo dummy figure, saying they're currently in the US, two days ago.

-Tomorrow is they date of the 20th anniversary of RE2's original release.

I finished it just after you, haha. I did like it a lot. I thought it employed a lot of the quirks that makes the team fun in the movies. As a Telltale game, it's probably near the bottom of the list for me, but still pretty good.

What exactly are you guys referring to? Is there some reason to think Bing Rewards won't continue to offer them? MattOK's post reads like a reply but I didn't see anything in the ~page or two before that seemed relevant.
Sorry forgot to respond. Wondering if this means the gift cards stope June 30th

I'm really enjoying Morphite. I'm not a huge fan of the Atari Jaguar graphics, but it's a nice laid back exploration FPS game. I can already tell I'm going to easily get my $7.50 worth out of it.

I've also never played No Man's Sky, which it's being compared to a lot.

June 30th 2018 seems to be MS's goto expiration on codes. Both my 1 month Gold codes I got as rewards for Game Pass Quests in both November and December have that date.
