Did the 2 challenges for Gears of War 4...wasn't that hard, only needed 15 Games to complete both. But have to say, that I would have been better off with a bot as a teammate in some matches... and I only consider myself average. I like that you have to be more strategic in that game-Mode. Running in guns blazing isn't always the best solution here.

Sea of Thieves? Everyone has the same equipment from the start, so it sounds like you didn't try very hard to find your weapons.

I enjoy it as a nice change of pace after a couple hours of Overwatch when my buddies get together for #FNG, but that's definitely due to it being a laid back game with "nothing to do." There's no pressure to play the objective, so we just sail around and try to walk the bow while drunk (in game and irl).

I got the 2016 Black Friday $30 promo, play the hell out of it in December, traded it in for $25, and then bought this today. Almost broke even previously so $25 for this was easy to say yes to.

Yep, just looked at Gold/Game Pass and it appears they get the code emailed still. If by store credit you mean the physical store, then I don't know because Canada doesn't have that. Otherwise, both the Windows Giftcard & Xbox Gift Card say the same thing.

 
21 games leaving gamepass is a lot. Wish when they announced the new games for the next month they announced the games that were leaving for that month also.

It would just be good messaging for the brand, something they've still seemed to struggle with since announcing a DRM machine that didn't happen.

Man, oh man, I hated that last American Godzilla movie. So Godzilla just fought those monsters and then they got winded and said "aw, fuck it. I'll fight you guys later!" like several times through out the movie? fuck you, movie. Instead I get bullshit empty romance storyline between Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch? Once more, fuck you movie. And I had that hard elbow nudge in the ribs at the end with "Monster Hero Saves City" just drove me bonkers with rage.

Though I did enjoy Kong: Skull Island. Though the talks of them wanting to add Pacific Rim to that as one giant shared universe already feels like this is too damn much.

You can redeem the code now and have the free movie stored in your account. The token doesn't expire for another month, so you have plenty of time to watch Black Panther or wait for something else to come along.
 
Anyone else having issue making purchases from the Windows Store app?  I can't buy anything on there; movies or games.  I get no error messages or anything, when I press the buy button nothing happens

I saw this earlier and it convinced me to back the game. If the main game is anything like this I'm sure I'll love it.

Keep trying to back Bloodstained through the “PayPal / Slacker Backer” button and it’s like an endless loop taking me back to the same page. Never gets me to the actual donation page. Is there another link somewhere?
 
That 8bit Bloodstained game looks like an immediate purchase unless reviews show something is seriously broken with it.

Thanks for posting the Fandango rental, I'll also be using it to rent Black Panther since I missed it in theaters.

I think you just click the $28 tier on the right side of the page and then it asks you which platforms you want for both games.

Here are the deadlines I found:

We will officially be closing all Kickstarter / Fangamer related fundraising after May 14th at 1pm Pacific Time US. After Friday, May 18th, 2018 existing backers will also no longer be able to change the platform for which you have ordered/pledged your copy of Bloodstained or the side-story mini-game, so please finalize your platform selection soon!

If you don't want the main game, this side game will be $10 on 5/24.

 
I remember now why Burnout Revenge is one of my favorite games of all time. There's no better stress reliever than checking traffic in that game. It's almost like Tetris with cars knocking them into each other one by one to rack up combos and trick shots. Does anyone know if it's possible to enable custom soundtracks for Burnout Revenge on Xbox One like I was able to with that game on the original Xbox port? I love this game, but I'm not a fan of the in-game tunes. Never was.
 
Anyone that's doing the "slacker backer" option for Bloodstained, what's it come up as if you use paypal? Trying to remember if I backed it already (missed the original kickstarter) and can't seem to find it. Want to make sure I didn't actually back like I initially thought and it's not just me being blind.

Anyone that's doing the "slacker backer" option for Bloodstained, what's it come up as if you use paypal? Trying to remember if I backed it already (missed the original kickstarter) and can't seem to find it. Want to make sure I didn't actually back like I initially thought and it's not just me being blind.

If I'm not mistaken, the gift card for the physical store can be redeemed digitally into your MS account. Which is the same as your Xbox account.

EA came out on record and said AWO sold more in its first two weeks than they thought it'd sell in its lifetime, so sales aren't the issue. Could drop more. Could be a promotional thing with Best Buy. Time will tell. I know I'll keep waiting till it's sub $10 cause I'm a cheap ass
 
I’d like to try A Way Out. My problem is even if I found someone to play with online, I don’t know how consistently I’d be able to play.

I don’t think you would need a lot of consistency to get through the game. The “how long to beat” is six hours. So what 2/3 play sessions?

You overestimate my ability to play for longer periods. An hour straight is a good day. May be longer on some days. Sorter on others.

If you guys havent played paladins yet it pretty fun overwatch type game. Its still in beta but achivements are working.

Its free or on gamepass
