Is The Elder Scrolls Online worth it at that price? I've never played it but always been curious. I'm reading that it's micro-transaction-heavy but I can't tell if that's from longtime players trying to obtain rare items or if it's basically required to spend more money to progress.

I have a Mac and I'm trying to make a video to upload to youtube, I really only need a still picture to be there the whole time cause its really just the audio from my podcast. I'm a dinosaur when it comes to this shit, can anyone suggest an easy to use video maker? I know more DOS commands than I know about this shit :(

Not that I do it all the time, but I’ve cound iMovie to be very simple to use especially for smaller videos and stuff like that. My MacBook is a few years old so I don’t know if it comes pre-installed anymore but it should still be free if it’s not there automatically. Easy drag and drop for your still image and audio file, and I’m pretty sure you can export direct to YouTube or save as a QuickTime movie and then upload.
 
I contacted microsoft on chat and they refunded my mua purchase. Its still in my download que on xbox1. Wonder if ill still be able to download and play them?

If not if I purchase the bundle will I have to download them again or does the bundle just unlock both games as separate downloads?

When I got Mass Effect 3 refunded, the game stayed in my DL que/purchase history for around 3 days before going away by itself.

 
I'm genuinely torn. I typically play GTA V as a stress reliever, and I really want to play it again, but I really don't want to encourage Rockstar by buying the game for a 3rd time on a 3rd different system. Part of me wants to wait til the morning to see if they fix all the store stuff and/or more sales come up
 
Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition is on sale for $25.

I know the Steam version is modable, but I'm considering getting this PC release anyway just because it is Cross-Play with my Xbox One save and Xbox credit is usually easier to come across at a discounted price.  ...Hmmm....

(Too bad it is not Play Anywhere, but I understand that Square wants to make some money on its belated PC release somewhere along the way here, too.)

Picked up kingdom come. 33 percent off is better than I expected so I grabbed it. Last time I think it was only 15 percent off so I'm pleasantly surprised.

Ditto with Life is Strange Beyond the Storm. Think the best it's ever done is 40 percent off so I will bite at 50 percent.

Of course Far Cry 5 and The Division's season passes aren't on sale. My friends got back into the Division and have been hassling me to get the DLC, which was literally on sale every month the 5 months before they started playing and hasn't been on sale since. FML.

I want that FC5 dlc, it will look cool in my backlog.

I was eyeballing the watch dogs 1 and 2 dlc along with rise of the tomb raider. All I see so far is the gold editions.
I think once arkham knight premium gets around $10 I will get it. If it ever drops that low.
 
According to Kotaku Crackdown 3 has been delayed till 2019 lol.

Sale seems just OK so far outside of Forza Horizon 2 for $5. Though I have to wonder if that will go on Gamepass at one point like all first party titles eventually should.

Would be nice if they went back and enhanced FH2 and Gears Ultimate.

Terms say it can take up to 30 days but I think i saw someone saying they got theirs quicker than that. So with any luck it'll be here before the sales over.

It's an MMO, so if you're familiar with Oblivion or Skyrim it plays ... differently. The add-ons are new provinces to explore, but there's nothing in the storefront to give you an edge over other players. (Maybe some potions to help keep you alive in tougher dungeons.). Store items are cosmetic or convenience items. I think they've done a good job avoiding pay2win.

The base game on sale is pretty cheap, and gives you a feeling for if you want to buy more provinces/zones. Also note the ESO-plus monthly sub gives you access to most of the DLC areas. My wife subscribes, I prefer to just buy all the new areas.

Titanfall 2 Deluxe for six bucks always tempts me, both for laziness sake and to give my disc copy to my friend. Ridiculous deal.

It's quite limited.
You'll first need to find a fairly popular stream of the game. If it's available it'll be advertised to buy at the top of Chat (Free gift card with purchase!). Click the link and the payment process will begin.

Thanks for the explanation. I was trying to see if there was a way to stack the Mixer promo with the Bing promo to get 2000 Bing points from buying Cuphead since it's on sale for $16.99, but I don't think I'll be able to do both since Cuphead isn't that popular on Mixer apparently. I'm just going for the Bing promotion before Microsoft wises up. But, I appreciate the information.

I think that longtime CAGs just own too many good games already which makes these sales seem bad when they aren't to new system owners and casual game buyers. This sale includes moderately successful games, many of which are already in my backlog and probably yours too.

It would be nice if they would dig in the crates every once and a while and put some more obscure 360 Arcade titles on sale that people had been on the fence about buying, but I think that backwards compatibility has killed any notion of that kind of thing happening going forward. If they aren't playable on Xbox One, Microsoft doesn't give a damn about them anymore.

or they could give us a shopping cart and throw us a 20-50% off couple every now and again

although it's so easy to get nuggets of free and discounted xbox credit it's kind of the same thing it just doesn't mentally feel the same even if in the long run it's actually better than a coupon code

I mean I pretty much never buy credit anymore even discounted because bing rewards and all the other reward stuff keeps me with enough to buy a game every now and again

also I ain't doing what I used to do on xbox one games what I used to on 360, pull the triggers too early and over pay for games I rarely get around to playing before they get deeper discounts or go free with gold
