Wow. NBA Live 18 is actually pretty good. For as much as EA gets trashed for things they turned this franchise around.

Of course it has Microtransactions and what not, but the core 1v1 exhibition gameplay was great. If for some reason you don't have EA Access I would grab it for $4.50.

Yeah, ever since they came back from not making NBA games they seem to have greatly improved. I actually enjoy them more than the 2k games now, though that may be due to the drop in quality on 2k's part.

I bought a retro bit Super retro cade - easily the best $60 I have spent on gaming in years. You can add roms with an sd card, super easy. Anyone know of a good mame rom site?

Black Panther was awesome. My whole family loved it.

I'm straight up scared that some alt right nut will shoot a theater up because what the movie represents. Some people just can't deal with a world where minorities are equal or better than them. Damn.

I'm so far behind on Marvel movies I'm not even sure which ones to start on. Guardians of the Galaxy 2 was the last one I saw but I missed several before that. I wish Disney would discount the blurays or digital for marvel once in a while so I could pick them up to catch up. The CAG in me doesn't want to pay $20 each.

Think most are $14.99 or less right now on Vudu, Google Play and iTunes as part of a Marvel sale. I personally like $9.99 or less though.

I did this (also for Uncharted 4) and regret it, as it's just a dust collector now...these PS4 exclusives that people rave about don't do anything for me.

Forget who it was a few pages back that recommended Deadligjt on Game Pass, but wanted to say thanks. The game had a somewhat interesting story, despite its cliche take on zombie stuff, and it’s full of easy achievements, which is always nice. The platforming gets frustrating as all hell in some spots, and the last mission is a departure of sorts from the rest of the game style wise (trying to avoid spoilers just in case), but overall a decent few hours.
 
I'll check out Black Panther next week. I liked him in Civil War and Stan Lee has wanted this movie for years; that's enough convincing for me.

This morning I was bummed when I realized I missed out on Ever Oasis for 3DS for $20 on Wal-Mart, then I remembered I got that game during Christmas then I thought maybe I should actually play my games so I can remember this shit. Life is hard.

Also Watch Dogs is quickly wearing out it's welcome. There's no reason this game needs to be this long with this many side quests that all fall under the same structure.

 
Definitely going to Black Panther next weekend. Having a big birthday party for the wife today and been cleaning and getting ready the last few days. I’ll be glad when it’s over (and I can get back to playing some games :) ).

I have not completed anything. Been sick, now just not overly motivated. Kept up with the FH3 Forzathons. Played some Destiny 2 but not much. Bought a bunch of games though. One came in the mail yesterday. Almost forgot I bought it.

Yeah I wasn’t saying it was GOTY but def a fun little game. They included that lame beat the whole game in 1 sitting achievement though

Dang... I always find something to do instead of play games now, and it sucks when I'm in the middle of my workweek thinking "man... I didn't play on my days off".  Netflix is a hell of a drug.  Binged Altered Carbon last week and the 2nd season of Slasher this week.  My goal is to start up Shadow of War this weekend

Oh... I just got an Instant Pot.  Chicken Adobo and Blue Moon it is!!

They're on fx ALL THE TIME. It's 90% of what my parents watch. I bought my mom a stack of marvel DVDs for mothers day - like ten of em. I think she watched them once. She just watches fx all day.

On a side note, I'm gonna go see Peter Rabbit because allergy bullying is much less controversial.
