I do suggest original trilogy. Be prepared that the graphics are not as nice as 4, but damn good for when they came out.

I highly suggest doing the campaign co op with a friend. Way more fun
 
Can someone help me out with the Marvel Ultimate Alliance games currently on sale? Does anyone know if the DLC characters from the first game are included? And I own the disc for the first game (Xbox 360) and have the second game as a digital download also on the 360. Am I able to just play them on the Xbox One?

Well I just finished super luckys tail minus the dlc cheevos as that's enough for me.Final thoughts the game starts out very kid friendly but by the 4th world I was in the zone making sure I accurately placed my jumps on a standing platform overall I give it a B- for its cheap deaths.

Reviews for the X1 have been pretty harsh as you’ve said. Performance issues seem to be a common complaint. Redbox had a promo email today that it was a free rental. Might try to logon the app or online, add to cart and see if it’s still free. There was no code just showed free in cart.

All DLC characters for both games are included in the MUA games on sale.

No, you aren’t able to just play your 360 copies on the One. It’s rerelease or nothing.

I played it on the X and still hitches/stutters like crazy. Very poor performance. I'm still hoping MS goes back to old X1 titles. Gears of War 1 Remastered should get a big res bump imho. Forza Horizon 2 is also a must considering both 1 and 3 are now in 4k.

I actually own this TV! Great picture, input lag but two downsides from what I can see: HDR is faux HDR, and everytime I turn on my XBox then the TV it shuts down my xbox. It's some flaw I guess with some of the samsung TVs so you have to turn the TV on first so the xbox then turns on. If you don't mind weak HDR It's a amazing deal for that price.

I'm in the same boat, haven't received anything despite having tons of entries from playing Warframe and paladins.
 
Hoping Burnout Paradise Remastered will have its 10 hour trial on EA Access tonight (scheduled to start tomorrow).

And Burnout Revenge announced for BC at noon. :)

One of the levels in the canyon world or whatever has the letter K in a platform that goes down into the tar and never comes back up if you miss it. Had to replay the level to get it. That was a cheap trick by the devs.

Yeah, this is some bullshit. Should have known after reading people's accounts from last year of course. But no rebate after seven days and three chat sessions. They tried to kick me over to phone support but I've got better things to do with my life so I just repeatedly demanded that they refund the money and take their stupid movies back. Which they now claim to have done.

I somehow still expect big corporations like MS to care about how this kind of dinky crap affects their image (not to mention wastes their customer support staff time). Silly me.

Maybe The Division getting the 4K Enhancement treatment will persuade me to get back into it. I played it for about 10 hours and got completely bored. IDK. I just need help getting to level 20 so all the cool shit opens up.

And I bought The Master Chief Collection just in time for the upcoming Enhancement too. Good times.

Ubisoft did officially announce the X1X enhancement with 4K as part of that announcement. Not sure when it will hit. But at least there’s verification that it is indeed coming.

Ah yes I sacrificed poor lucky to the tar pits to get that K and you had to be quick if you were to get it and survive.

Okay so I know nothing of motocross, I just like fun arcade racing games. I don't know a single name of any of the riders in this game but you can create your own for career mode. I guess it does what it is supposed to do well, and that's give a good representation of the motocross circuit. The tracks are just too short, repetitive, and crowded for my tastes but if you like that style of racing I'm sure you'll enjoy it more. The graphics are great and it is X enhanced, although there are some frequent frame drops because there is so much going on in. The handling and "weight" of the bikes felt nice but I was using the easy controller settings.

The bigger thing for me was that I remembered the Burnout Paradise remaster is out soon and that will give me my racing fix between Forzathons for a very long time.

^^ Do you have EA Access? If so Burnout Paradise Remastered should be available to play for 10 hours tonight or tomorrow. :)

More impressions (I'm on 1 TB XB1 VCR):

Graphically game is a nice bump up from MXGP 2 and 3. Animations are solid, although this is not the developer's strong suit. The way the bikes handle and control is nice. Interaction with other riders is good, but I prefer the collision detection from MX vs ATV Alive (best in a MX game to date, IMO).

Lots of circuits to keep you busy, plus you can download online creations without needing Live Gold. You have to love the Supercross circuits though. I prefer the more open National circuits. So I traded it in after about a week. But I'm looking forward to MXGP 4 if it has the same graphics as MES.

 
Any recommendations on a headset for Xbox One? I was considering Plantronics RIG 800LX. But I am not sure if that is the best headset for ~$150?

Is atmos worth it at this time? Many Xbox games support it?

I have the 800lx and I really enjoy it. I got it when it was half off I think at best buy. It's definitely the best headset I've ever had but I've never paid more than 100 for one before. It's very comfortable and it's also my first wireless headset so I'm really enjoying that as well.

I just received turtle beach elite 800x today. I can't believe the sound details I've been missing! I used old pair of X12 and then my 5.1 surround sound, both don't hold a candle to the 800x. I've been playing NBA 18 and the sound is so much more crisp and the minor details of the footsteps and the ball bouncing really come through. I got them as refurb for $159.

Got Deus Ex Mankind divided Deluxwe & Just Cause 3 XL. I beat Deus Ex earlier but DLC add is a great add-on for that price. I've always wanted to peep Just Cause 3...this is definitely the time!

 
Well the Red Dead Redemption 2 effect has taken its first game. Blops IV releasing on Oct 12th instead of early Nov like all other CoD games can only be explained by RDR2.

also it says they partnered with Sony to make fortnite cross play on all devices except xbox so RIP us.
